Amazing location right near our favourite hotel we didn’t need the spa but was an added bonus if we had All was great apart from a slight air con issue but all resolved by the team.

In the middle of everything. We literally walked all around central London from the hotel. There is not much amenities in the hotel, everything was on the other building.

Room was clean Bad service, took my 3 kids called reception & concierge 5 times as I was ringing room service for over a hour with no answer, said they would get them to call, never did. There sister hotel is a lot better.

The hotel is located well in Chelsea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property has comfortable beds and is clean, access to the sister hotel is also good where one can use the spa, sauna, steam room and the swimming pool. The breakfast offering can improve.

Loved the property However the restaurant was closed and we had to use the Jumeirah for breakfast. This was a disaster. Poor service. Incorrect breakfast delivered. . Was poorly cooked. Worst breakfast experience. Staff helpful. Lovely hotel.

Friendly service and good location The walls between the rooms are not sound prove, I could hear the sound from the adjacent room which was annoying and disturbing
