Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel was exceptionally quiet, which made it a very relaxing place to stay. The staff were genuinely attentive, professional, and kind, without ever being intrusive. We were especially touched by the thoughtful complimentary gift the hotel sent to our room to celebrate our son’s university graduation. It was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more memorable. We also had an incident where I accidentally left a bag with important belongings outside the hotel while waiting for our airport transfer. The staff noticed it immediately, contacted us by email without delay, and kept it safe until we were able to return and collect it. We truly appreciated their quick communication and care. The only small disappointment was the view from our window. Although we had booked a room in a higher category, the view was not what we had expected. Other than that, everything was outstanding, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you very much!
