Great location which was close to Victoria park and public transport for the city centre. Staff were friendly and straight to the point. Our room (119) had windows which could be opened and a fan to help with the heat. The bed was clean and comfy. Working fridge in the room. The whole property was very run down and could use a refresh. Whilst the bedding was clean, the rest of the room was dirty. There was a large build up of dust in the gap between the bed and the wall and the skirting boards were well marked. The bathroom door seemed to have been forced open at some point so there was no wood on the frame to hold the latch in place and the door kept swinging open. No drink facilities in the room so you had to go to reception to make a coffee.

Cleaningness Not spacious

It looked so horrible we didn't even go in. O course it's non refundable, I think they keep a lot of money that way. The photos of the exterior do not match reality.
-
Good location and friendly. Bad decor: floors with stains and plaster coming off the walls.
-
Location close to Victoria Park if you need to get your head down for one night.
-
Location is allright. Toilet is too small and furniture is too old.

Very friendly, good location, rooms comfortable Wifi was spotty and matress was well used with cigarette burn holes in it which was the only let down. The room was nice and i feel bad about even saying anything as the staff and the overall vibe of the place was great.

Friendly reception, always answers phone, decent sized room. TV

It was very close to bus stops. The window of the bedroom led to the staff room so they could hear everything and could see if the curtain is closed

The staff is supportive and well treated. The checkout is well timed, as you don't feel the pressure to deliver the room early. The rooms below are in the building basement or what is called a subterranean floor; this does not suit my mental health condition from such places.

Nothing No TV Poor reception very grubby carpet wet in places . Very bad electrics extension leads to supply power to the fan and trailing wires. Kitchen ceiling light didnt work and had a wire with attached bulb hanging from it . Outside to the garden was a plastic roof and there was rodents running on it . Had a sticker of hygiene rated 5 in the window I can assure you it definitely isn't. One guest told me that the council used it to house the imagrants and homeless for free and he laughed when we told him we paid . It was a converted pub into a HMO and they sold rooms as if it was a hotel . Iv never had a bad hotel of booking.com and I use them all the time for short breaks they need to remove it from there site .
