City View Hotel London

Nothing There was ants in the bed, the toilet was leaking, mould in the bath, sat on the toilet and it tilted a lot to one side very unsafe also were stains on the curtains not worth the money

The beds were comfortable, the staff agreeable and helpful. 24/7 access More like a dorm than a hotel, beds only. Very noisy on the road side, window didn't keep noise out.

The room was stinking due to a carpet which was drying. I paid for Bed and breakfast but i was told that they do not provide meals. That they stopped preparing meals during covid time. Why then does the facility charge and accept payments for breakfast? They booked me into a room which was very smelly with a carpet which had been cleaned but was not let to dry before i was assigned the room. I was charged for breakfast which was not provided.

The cost for London was reasonable and close to the underground station located right out the front door. Hair was on comforter and supposed clean sheets upon arrival. Posting sadi laundry available. Staff informed that it is not true and sent to Laundromat 15 minutes walk away. Day shift staff sternly and aggressively questioned if we had a room and key when we returned from day activities and started up the stairs. No elevator. Graffiti all over the surrounding neighborhood.

Literally nothing but the location There was a bed bug on my bed. It was horrendous. It was 1am and I tried to find another hotel but had no choice but to take another room in the same hotel because no where else was checking in at that time. I nearly got mugged on the street looking for somewhere else to go.

I loved the rooms they were so elegant and we’re really nice set up and the chocolates and the massive tea and coffee selection was a lovely touch from them also had the best breakfast ever was to die for Nothing

Bed was comfortable. Staff were polite. Happy to have a ensuite Smelt of smoke. The smoke seemed to be trapped in the carpet, so go cheap vinyl or clean it. I own a carpet cleaner. Remote and switches were filthy cleaned everything with wipes, and put a plug in for the smell. train next to room so very loud, new windows might help. Tbh the rooms in my local area can be the same price with an elite stay, I live in an expensive tourist village. I suppose that's London for you.

So much disappointed! The property was very,very dirty and nearly falling apart.

Good price for the area and facilities. The room and the toilet was clean .
