The staff! Everyone was so nice and took great care of us. We were there for two weeks working, so didn’t spend much time in the room, but it had everything we needed and was lovely, comfortable, and quiet. The location being in the center of Crouch End broadway was perfect. We know it’s still new and has a few unfinished things - we ran into a few people following signage trying to find a rooftop bar that didn’t seem to exist yet - but I am looking forward to going back when everything is done. Also regarding signage, many people don’t seem to know about the hotel (drivers, delivery people, etc.) and the lack of signage outside showing that it is a hotel attached to the Hornsey Townhall definitely caused a bit of confusion. The lift at the front of the building was also not working for most of our stay (still working out some kinks), but the staff kindly pointed us in the direction of the other lift at the back - we just opted to take the stairs, no big deal. No major problems!

Very friendly and helpful staff

My friend and I came down to London for the BTS concert, the staff were so welcoming and chatted to us, asking us if we were excited and we're really kind and lovely! They went above and beyond! The room was gorgeous and comfortable with amazing facilities!

Friendly, helpful staff, very clean and well organized. The room had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Location and design HVAC needs improvement

Central location in Crouch End, easy walk or bus trip to the Tube. There are a number of worthy pubs within a 15 minute walk, plus a number of nice restaurants and shops.

Location. History. WiFi went out for two days. Milk sugar coffee items not refilled One of shower soap dispensers was broken but was fixed quickly when asked.

The staff was excellent. No amenities, no restaurant, too new to offer any extras.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We chose this location because of its proximity to Alexandra Palace, the wide selection of restaurants nearby, and the pleasant neighbourhood. Additionally, it offers very convenient access to central London. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There is really nothing to complain about. Only small note: we arrived late evening and were struggling to find the entry to the hotel, as we overlooked small table next to the entry with hotel name.
