Location and views from room. Free ferry to Canary Wharf, scope for designated parking (reasonable London fee) and helpfulness of staff The parking was extremely tight to drive into and the Lee were some parts of the property that looked a little shabbier round the edges. The towels had an unpleasant smell although appeared cleanly washed.

Great location, fantastic value for money, speedy check in, lovely bar, loved the free ferry over to Canary Wharf. Air con wasn't working, but luckily we didn't need it.

Room clean and staff fixed anything if it was broken. Easy access to bus and the other side of the river (for free). Perhaps provide some discounts to customer spending several nights?

The hotel is cozy and clean, enjoying the view of river thames and canary wharf. The bed is so comfy Our room is a bit far from the reception. Wifi is free but a bit slow

All the staff were really helpful & friendly. Amazing view of Canary Wharf with a beach too! Good clean dorm rooms with privacy curtains on each bed. Great place to stay if you want somewhere clean and modern and quiet whilst expiring or working in London.

The staff was kind, helpful and available at all times. The view from our window was the prettiest I have ever had in London and over our expectations with the price. It is a little far from tge centre and ither shops or attractions but the public transport connections were good.

Booked a big place for 1 person was really great! You get a free ferry access so its definitely worth the money. Place was really good had AC a balcony. Definitely worth to stay You need to book the cleaning. I booked the cleaning and they didn't even showed up so i had to go and pick fresh towels since i ran out.
