Angel Townhouse

The location suited us very well. The size of the room was pleasant and amount of possible ventilation during the hot weather was most appreciated in the hot weather. One of my pillow slips had not been changed from the previous guests and operating the shower to get it hot enough took a lot of effort initially. When I booked it mentioned breakfast but that is not the case at this location. I suggest that a toaster is provided in the room and a teaspoon so one can both stir the milk and take the tea bag out of a cup. While we could hook up to the wifi the internet did not work.

Deceiving from the outside but fabulous inside. Loved the gold sink and jacuzzi and the bee cushions - lovely touch bottle of wine in fridge! Tech keypads good. Location was not as central as I’d thought Towels were over used and small. Only one medium and one small towel for 2 nights for 2 people. Cleaner came in a day early in the morning whilst I was there alone by keypad which made me feel uncomfortable.

Quite big room in London for a reasonable price Some of the equipment didn't work, no cutlery in the room, toiletries were so diluted that it was basically water

Location was excellent and surprisingly quiet for that part of London. Bed very comfortable and jacuzzi was a nice surprise. Shower temperature was very temperamental and ended up having a cold shower in the morning

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Complements to the chef on the breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The room size

Very nice room we stayed in, it was clean and tidy and everything was in working order. The hot tub was amazing and breakfast was delivered on our timing request. Brilliant experience and we will definitely book again.

Beautiful, great location It was a very hot night and there was no AC. Unfortunately it was difficult to sleep

Super clean, more spacious than I thought. Easy to get in The wifi was bad, the tv didn’t work, customer service gave a robotic response that didn’t help my situation. The shower was simply boiling hot. I couldn’t use it

Accessibility and very helpful and quick to respond staff. Corner bath was lovely. Comfortable bed and light airy room. WiFi didn’t work but I reported it via WhatsApp and got a response and solution asap.

Pleasant

We were given entry to another customers room and therefore possessions. Once in a new room, it was dirty, tired and in need of severe TLC and most importantly, the security was awful. Breakfast was 30 mins late on day one, never arrived on day two or three. The shower was broken. We tried to complain and raise concerns but mostly ignored (although offered a refund for breakfast) and having now raised with booking.com the Angel Townhouse have rescinded.

Everything was sublime, I love this place!

The bed was very comfortable and bedding soft The advert on booking.com mentions the angel sports bar , however this was closed and has been for some time by the look of it. Disappointed because thought we could eat / drink there . The advert needs updating to avoid customers disappointment in the future .
