Very ‘cool’ looking hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff in restaurant and bar were very friendly and helpful. Dinner/food at the restaurant was nice after a long day travelling. The location. Although there is a bus nearby, it takes 30-45 mins to get to most popular landmarks, due to traffic. It feels like there is nothing around.

The pillows were poor usually they are top notch but on this occasion all floppy.also yet again you didn’t book us in at the car park gate and had to call and wait for confirmation after we did email weeks before about this..
