Good value for money balance. Central London, room fair clean. Room very small. The hot beverage machine was out of order all 3 days, it would have been a nice plus.

The location was very good. The people at the reception were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. We could leave the luggage early in the day and then check in late in the evening. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was terrible! More narrow than usually in hotels, with one duvet, and a thin materace. You could feel the other person turning all night long. And the next day my back hurt. Also a nightstand would be useful, instead of a tiny shelf.

Location for the Barbican Theatre was perfect. Lack of glasses in room to be able to drink water and nowhere in hotel to buy bottles of water. Mattress too hard for both of us.

Location was good for moorfields hospital The room was literally a box… and the mattress wasn’t comfortable.. the aircon unit was directly above the bed with meant it was too noisy to sleep with so we tuned it off

It was conveniently located for our visit to London. Quality of drinks from coffee machine was poor.Took a while to realise the drinks machine in the foyer was a free alternative to not having a kettle in the room.

Very central location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and well mantained. My shower had a problem the second day of my three day stay so I had to switch rooms. Luckily this was done smoothly and without cost.

Easy to check in, nice clean room. Compact but with everything we needed. The mattress was really sloped. I kept slipping out of the bed!

It was cozy and clean and it took 5 minutes to get in from waking all day and travelling I paid a bit extra for a window and it was quite small I liked how cozy and not big it was but it was still a little small to put bags or anything

The whole hotel was very clean, well presented and tidy. It was in a perfect location from King’s Cross (and very central to most areas), as well as shops and cafes. The room itself was small, but fine for what we needed it for. It was clean, with a decent shower and bedding facilities. The staff were welcoming and even let us check in a little early at no extra charge. I will definitely stay here again! Honestly, nothing!
