the location was perfect and loving it was walkable with everything there and near and the tube station was close which i enjoyed as well. maybe i am different but the breakfast wasnt the same as i expected some juices and meats. I am american, there was no eggs or anything or toast or scrambled eggs or any choices of that nature. and the air conditioner kept turning off while in the room. I would wake up so hot and have to keep getting up to turn on then back off and back on. They finally moved me the last night i was in town and it was just a litttttle better. I liked location but the aircon was not satisfactory at all!!

Although we stayed for three nights, the room was not properly cleaned. On the second day, housekeeping came to tidy up the room, but the bed sheets were not changed — our hair was still there — and the towels were the same as well.

Great location. We stayed for the 8th time. The underground is 2minutes away on foot and you can reach any central location in 20-30minutes. On the street you can find a pret a manger, sushi self service, a 24h shop, cafe’s and a supermarket so it is perfect to get yourself anything you might need. Staff was absolutely wonderful again. When I needed a fresh towel they were so fast that is was at the room faster than I was able to go back to the third floor! Its always super clean and tidy in the hotel and rooms. Even hair dryer is supplied. We were accommodated at the ground floor first but the underground was so loud that we asked for another room and they changed us to the 3rd floor and brought our luggage up while we were out in town. Absolutely lovely!!

The room was very disappointing. The bedroom was extremely small compared to what was shown in the pthe photos made it look much bigger. Also, the 4.5-star rating feels misleading because the actual experience was closer to a 2-star hotel. For the price paid, the facilities and overall quality did not meet expectations at all. I would not recommend this place if you expect the same standard shown in the listing.

We love the bed system with one bed on a “second” floor The bedroom lacks storage options. I needed a lot more hangers on the wall, since there is no wardrobe or any drawer to keep our belongings.

The smell of the room...It felt humid and smelled a bit rancid. The room was minuscule. Couldn't open my small suitcase on the floor. Had to move sideways to go from the entrance to the bed.

Nice staff Could be cleaner. Leaky pipe flooded my bathroom. No outlets in the bathroom. No gym. Noisy.

Great value for money. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. They are quite small, but have everything you actually need - perfect for a solo traveller. The overall experience felt efficient and comfortable. The location is nice, but not the most central. It usually requires around a 20-minute walk to reach main spots like Brick Lane, which can be a bit inconvenient if you go back and forth often

Excellent location. Staff were understanding and welcoming. The room is modern and cosy (it is small but portable enough even for two). Very comfortable and compact design. A small tabletop fridge may be helpful, especially for longer stays. However, lots of shops and services are very close, within comfortable walking distance. Everything you'll ever need while being away is close by.

Great location, nice staff, clean The AC fan was running all night and even when turned off it was running or draining the whole night so it was very loud and the bed not super comfy!

The room was very clean, organized, and had everything I needed. I wanted a quiet, cheap place to stay while I was in London and I felt that the Z hotel was more than enough. It might have been my favorite hotel I've stayed in while traveling for work (especially for the price you pay!). No refrigerator in rooms
