Very hot!

Everything about this guest house was exactly what we were looking for. Fantastic location close to tube/train, the room was clean, modern and airy. The staff were very friendly and we were even able to check in early. It was above expectation for the price. Would thoroughly recommend, we will definitely be staying again in the future! Nothing to add. Perfect!

Location was perfect - close to train station and in a residential area making it feel safer. Would book again for concert stays!

The spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. The thin walls (could hear people fighting upstairs and others walking in the hallway).

My 4 children and I stayed here and we loved that the house was in the perfect area for us to access the restaurants, the supermarket, the laundromat, 5mins walk to the train station and even the park for the children to play at. Housekeeping Staff was super helpful and kind. We loved it here and would definitely be back again! Only thing I didn’t like was having to share the bathroom with other guests and there wasn’t a mini friend or kitchen to store any left over food or drinks.

Location was great with direct transport everywhere, even to the luton airport. Room was good and spatious, the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a bit old, not a lot of amenities in the room. It did the trick for us as we were out from 9am to 10pm, but it can be too simple if you want to spend some time in the room.

The staff was amazing in this last minute booking. We were fortunate to have a private room and bathroom. Everything was lovely and a beautiful location and grounds.

I had a wonderful stay at Charlotte Guest House. It was a great location with the trains a few minutes away and excellent fresh fruit and vegetables/restaurant/supermarket options. The staff was friendly and the room itself was quite bright and sunny, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained with daily cleaning and fresh linens. The shared bathroom and shower was kept spotlessly clean, and I never had to wait to use it. Additionally, the room was incredibly peaceful; it faced the Thameslink train tracks, however, outside noise was unnoticeable once the windows were closed for the night. I took the train 2 short stops to Hampstead Heath, a beautiful park I went running daily. I would stay there again!

We had an issue with our window when we arrived, but the staff fixed it quickly, they were very welcoming. Even though the room was overlooking the train station and lines, I could sleep comfortably, with barely any noise coming in. I would stay here again. The room itself was a bit too small and we had to squeeze to reach certain spots.

Great location, super easy check-in/check out, and friendly staff :) it was also a reasonable price. The only problem is that it was extremely hot during the heat wave, and one fan just wasn't enough to keep us cool at night. I also think there should be lighter bedding available during the summer because the duvet on the bed was wayyyyy too hot. And the freezer in the fridge was frozen shut, so we couldn't use it.

It was very comfortable and the man at the front desk was quite helpful!

The garden patio needs a bit of work. The weeds were almost as tall as me! Would've been nice if it had been a proper garden but not a deal breaker.

The room was perfect and the location was excellent. Bathroom was recently renovated and modern. The tube/train stations are a short walk away. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes in the area.

I got free shampoo and shower gel which was handy

The location is excellent, close to the shops and eating places and the underground railway station. I cannot think of anything.

The location, size of the room

I like the location. They used to offer an excellent. Breakfast, but now you get a discount elsewhere. Really adds to the cost.

Location, cleanliness Being remodeled. Construction noise. Plastic on the carpets. All of this is temporary, I’m sure.
