Fantastic location Decent soundproofing Check in/ out staff were all friendly, professional and helpful The rooms were very dirty. Stains on the walls, glass screens and dirt, grime, dust and even hair on all surfaces. The first room we were allocated was so bad we assumed that a mistake had been made and that we were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. The reception staff changed the room for us but the second one was also very dirty, so we realised it’s a hotel-wide issue. Dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen.

location was great. Reception area is cool. Nice cool buzzy atmosphere and the staff were very friendly The room! It's so small. The bed fits the length of the room. And the length of the window. Unfortunately my window just faced into an atrium that looked out onto other rooms. So everyone had to keep their blinds down. The bathroom sink is in the bedroom. It all feels kind of pokey when you're in it and a bit claustrophobic, due to lack of daylight etc

From the moment I arrived staff were friendly & very helpful. My room exceeded my expectations, it had one of the best views I’ve seen! The room is a little small compared to other hotels but it’s well worth the price it’s very clean and very modern & it’s conveniently located right next to the train station. Also conveniently close to many tourist attractions.

The location is very good and our room had a stunning view of the Tower of London and the bridge. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The check-in and checkout process is very simple. The complementary water bottles were a nice bonus. The price is a little high and the breakfast is too expensive and the main reason why I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location just outside Tower Hill tube station. Very good check in, lifts a little slow but room was a nice size with a big bed and bathroom, fridge. Everything from TV, lights and blinds all done from a tablet. The view from the rooftop bar was beautiful. No tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Convenient and a comfortable king size plus bed Shower worked well was spacious has plenty of pump showering soaps shampoo etc but the design was a bit plastic - I prefer a door or no door rather than a curtain .. just a preference.
