World class service, grand decor, comfiest beds, luxury food. Tiny thing - the full breakfast includes 'Stornoway black pudding' however it wasn't the classic award winning one which was disappointing as it's the best! Other than that the breakfast was divine!!!

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Mayfair, walking distance from Hyde Park, luxury stores, and some of the best restaurants in the city. Vibrant vibe, with a buzzing lobby and foyer. Beautiful art deco decor. Rooms are spacious, clean, and bright, with plenty of natural light. The A/C worked to perfection (needed during the heat wave) and the shower's water pressure was great. A his-and-hers sink is always a big plus in my book. The mattress and pillows were a dream of comfort, as well as the bathrobes. The food is incredible (including the best club sandwich I've had, as well as one of the best cheesecakes). But the crown jewel is undoubtedly the service. From the doormen to the bellmen to housekeeping, the staff made us feel home away from home, going out of their way to show us the facilities and pamper us, making our stay extra special. A particularly huge shoutout to Gavin in the front desk, Adam in The Painter's Room, and Paula Alves in Guest Relations. I will undoubtedly be back soon! Con: Water seeped out from underneath the shower door onto the bathroom floor. The partition between the shower and the toilet should be more opaque for better privacy.
