The second room we were located to was ok other than the three of us could not stay in the same room. Also very noisy both outside and inside, with people above us being very loud Very disappointed that the original room where three of us were due to stay had not been cleaned, beds not changed and dirty towels were on the bathroom floor. After complaining we were allocated two rooms which meant we were separated

The location was great, right at the heart of Oxford Street and within walking distance of major London attractions. The room size was reasonable and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The entrance was very confusing, and the hotel reception is on the first floor in the small entrance, which they will close at night. So if you are checking in at night, make sure you communicate with them, and someone should be there to open the entrance door for you and check you in.

Location, the hotel is very near the main street where all the musicals are (what we were there for). It is a boutique hotel, which often means small in Europe. Although no problems for us, others might not be flexible.

The staff were very friendly. The location just off of Oxford Street was amazing, Central for Evening show, bars and shopping the next day. Could leave our rucksacks once checked out for a morning in london. The place is good value for money, had everything needed for 1 night stay. Massive plus it had aircon in the room as it had been a very hot day. The bed had a hard mattress but thats just personal taste. The bedding etc was very clean.

Excellent location and easy access. Basic facilities but as expected so happy with this. Toilet placement in room was not ideal and left little room for use due to proximity of shower.
