Only the central location was good about the place Saw a mouse inside the room even if the place looked clean. I reported it and the receptionist said for sure he got scared and ran away and there was nothing he could do. I asked for some towels to put near the door to cover the gaps and he made me go look for them on another floor. Ridiculous, a partial refund should have been the minimum and some basic hospitality. Beds were really bad and it was impossible to ventilate the bathroom because of the lack of windows

Its location. On 03/03/2026, I booked accommodation for 3 families. On 06/06/2026, they were already/still living in the room we were given. We went back to the reception and the manager said he was sorry, they had overlooked it (and our name was on the list), but the previous guests had not gone home, they were still staying. So we had no room. In the pouring rain, tired, we did not get another room. He told us to look for another room on booking, although according to the local opinion it was expensive. He was not helpful, saying that he would book another accommodation for us and pay for it, but only said he was sorry. So that day, we had to find another accommodation immediately, as we wanted to stay with the team. Everything was much more expensive, further away. No one reimbursed us for this. The correct problem management would have been to book accommodation, at least in the same category and pay for it, if they had made a mistake. I was not helped by the apology. I am terribly disappointed. He offered that the next time we go, we will get a discount. Of course. I booked 3 months ago to be sure, they confirmed in writing that they were fine and let me down. In addition, I have suffered financial damage. Dear Manager! Dear accommodation owner. How can they compensate me? By the way, I did not get my money back for the reservation, that booking would take care of it. How long should I wait? He could not answer anything. I am terribly angry, disappointed. He was not customer-oriented. So I am waiting for the answer!

Location and size of the room. Great value for a single night stay on a very busy weekend in London Nothing. It's not the Ritz, but we didn't pay for luxury.

Lovely comfortable hotel, very close, convenient and central for tube and shopping, beds super comfy. Above a lovely restaurant with tasty Italian food and welcoming staff The stairs to the room, that we appreciate can’t be changed

The location was good and the room was a good size. Good restaurant below. Prone to street noise. No milk for the tea and coffee and no breakfast offering.

Posizione centrale. Terribile. No A/C. No fridge. No elevator. No one to help you carry your bags up the stairs. Very noisy till morning, pubs downstairs. They needed my money to renovate. Charity, I did.

Very well positioned for soho and London palladium which were our destinations for the night Yes there were a lot of stairs to get to the third floor, but it didn’t bother us, it may be a problem for others, but I would say the location value and cleanliness is worth the steps if you can do them
