Excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The mini fridge in my room was broken so they gave me a portable one instead, which was kind. Furnishings were very tired, and breakfast was awful. There was also q bathroom light that was on a motion sensor, so blinds you if you need the loo in the middle of the night and then takes 15 mins to turn off... which seems like a horrible design and was very inconvenient.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They generally wanted to make things better and went above and beyond to try to make up for the quality issues. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the rooms around you, all night. The motion sensors in the hallway have a long delay, so you walk down the hall in pitch dark if you are staying at the end of the halls.

Breakfast spread was incredible, really fueled us for a day of sight seeing. All the staff member were so friendly and accommodating. Brilliant location.

Great location with a comfortable room and good amenities. The breakfast was very good and the staff at breakfast were great! Speed of service was good. Despite my request for a quiet room I didn’t receive one. I was not aware when I booked the hotel of its proximity to Bond Street station and as a result the noise from the underground in my bedroom. This was an irritation at 10:30 am to around midnight.
