Room was very nice and stylish. Breakfast was good quality - but not many items too choose from. Staff was helpful. Rooms were silent - no noises from street. Extra 5% charge. Total cost will be 5% more than the price listed on booking.com. For this strange policy I will take one point off.

New hotel in prime location for visiting London. This hotel represents the highest level of excellence in the hotel industry, meeting the highest standards of quality, distinguished by the professionalism and friendliness of the Staff. Exquisite restaurant, and very professional and pleasant service. I had a health issue, and the staff gave me the best support possible—they arranged for a doctor and constantly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. Thank you!

It was a great experience for my family during the heatwave in London . One day the AC unit in the whole hotel was not working. It was a horrible experience. My child couldn’t sleep but then later we asked for a compensation of a 50% for an extended tonight they managed it . Appreciate
