Really small elevator

Superb location, very friendly staff and a brilliant breakfast with a large range of selections.

I return to the Mandeville each time I am in London. Its location, people, and property are great.
-
Ideal location that suited all of our needs.
-
the staff was helpfull to upgrade our room since in the first night's room the aircondition was not working during a heatwave of 30+ degrees !!! two sections in the hotel ,the first one not renovated , the other one ,where we are upgraded, beautifully done!

Marylbone area was nice, vibe-y. Bed was nice. AC didn't work well. Couldn't tell if central or small-unit worked. Was borderline uncomfortable in Summer.

Beautiful boutique hotel in great location. The room was tastefully decorated albeit very small - I did book a single room and expected it in a city like London so can’t complain about it. I would definitely return to this property.

Every thing None

Excellent location, friendly staff Tacky carpets, look old and needs refurbishing. Rooms are tiny, barely any amenities in the room.

The standard rooms aren't huge, but they are efficiently and well laid-out. The desk was functional, there was a ful closet with plenty of hangers, well-stocked bathroom and mini-bar, and bathrobes, which I love. Great location for shopping, eating, and getting around; halfway between Hyde Park and Regents Park for outdoor space/running. There was no way to keep the shower from spraying water onto the bathroom floor (i.e., no shower curtain); it's designed for that (there's a drain in the bathroom floor), but it's a bit annoying. And my room key got demagnetized every day, even without being held near my phone.

No plugs near the bed to charge your phone. The bed was a little smaller than expected.

A very comfortable and delightful hotel. The staff were exceptional and so well trained. They know the true meaning of hospitality and good old fashioned people-focussed service. They were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They anticipated every need and always greeted you on sight even if you were just passing through the lobby or a hallway or waiting for a lift. They were a credit to the business. The location is 1-3 minute walk away to a great variety of restaurants and cafes and is about 200 meters from the Wallace Collection which is fabulous. We were travelling with large bags and our room was on the cosy-small size but nicely furnished and everything worked. Next time will upgrade to a larger room but if none available that would not stop us from going back.

Steps from Oxford St, a couple blocks from Hyde Park and Regent St and SoHO. When we arrived my husband wasn't feeling well and we asked if there was a chance we could get a room and then set us up even though it was only 11:00. Helpful staff, clean room, modern bathroom. Would have like a bit more space in the room but to be expected in an older building in the city...

The food was great and the entire staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating! It was hard for me as a senior to get over that deep tub !
