As usual fabulous Nothings all perfect

Super friendly & supportive staff, with a great value for money. The faculties are over used & the bathrooms & towels need to be changed.

We loved our stay. The location is top and the facilities are very modern. Something which is not so common in London. Our flat is very quiet as well. Compared to the first flat we stayed near British Museum, it is such an upgrade here!

The staff were incredibly friendly Absolutely nothing everything was perfect

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was newly renovated with modern furnishings. The towels were a bit worn out and fraying.

Staff was great very helpful. Especially Eman. Superb location and very clean and functional and comfortable flats. The lower ground rooms had less light - but that was expected.
-
Fantastic location for what we required. Much bigger than expected and very clen and tidy. Excellent staff and very welcoming and helpful.

Bed size was smaller than usual Shower water pressure was low There was cold air coming to the room where you sit in sofa This property was below AKA standards

It is beautifully located and the employees are very helpful. I loved the room, except the bathroom. The bathroom shower didn’t have a glass separation, so everywhere was getting wet while taking a shower. Later on I found out the reason. I was staying in a room which was arranged for people with disabilities:)

The building is very old and charming. The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hot water took quite a long time to work. I didn't manage to get the wifi to work. The elevator didn't stop in the last floor- where my room was located

Our visit to London had been planned long in advance, unfortunately that all fell to pieces following the passing of our Queen, Elizabeth II, the funeral and bank holiday causing many schedules to be cancelled or postponed. The reason for our visit was rescheduled but we could not change the dates for our booked accommodation. The best alternative we could find was AKA - and they did not disappoint. We were met by an immaculately-presented and very welcoming member of the front-of-house team who took us to our Suite and gave us a quick run-through of facilities. Everything was exactly as depicted on-line and did not disappoint; ideally we would have preferred a larger Suite, but what we had was all that was available and in fact it served us very well. Following a Harley St procedure we had to remain close to the clinic for regular review for 10 days or so, and with restricted mobility our AKA Suite became our home for that period. Housekeeping were charming and considerate - on several days we were fortunate enough to be able to take coffee on our cute little roof terrace while they serviced the Suite! All staff were truly professional, front of house and management immaculate both in presentation and manners. If we need any return visits to the area AKA will be our first choice for accommodation. I have to say there was nothing we didn't like. In an ideal world - as we were effectively 'self-catering' for part of our stay - it would have been handy to have an oven and maybe a toaster but we knew these were not provided in this small suite, so just something to be considered when booking. I believe those facilities are available in the larger suites. The double bed was not the largest but as big as the suite could reasonably accommodate, they're probably larger in the other suites, ours was comfy and cosy! We were very happy to get what we got.
