Very convenient Lovely staff , very clean The showers in both our rooms were tired and needed descaling Neither the fan or air conditioning unit worked in our rooms and it was a very hot night

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. There club style with a little labyrinth of adjoining cubby hole type rooms is ideal for a client meet or an involved conversation and the staff are absolutely sweet, all sweltering in the heatwave of late June but no smile slipped, not sure I would be so patient! Alas, this hotel is not unusual but hit I feel a bit more than most by the increasingly hotel weather. The lack of air con made the beautifully decorated rooms stifling. The fans helped…a bit.

Staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. Just a short walk to major shops and lots of restaurants to choose from locally. Slightly over-priced.

Brilliant location and great to be in an independent, historic hotel, with its own charm. I’ve been looking for a go-to hotel in Marylebone. This may be it. The water pressure in the shower was dreadful and the sink didn’t drain properly. I heard others struggled with water pressure too.
