The location Personally I think curtains that covered the entire window would be appreciated, given the elegance of the hotel the room did not reflect that especially when the sole purpose of the stay was for relaxation, also my room was located at the back, it was very noisy.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing

Very friendly service. The property itself is cosy and has a nice vibe tomit. The room floor (wall to wall carpet) and bathroom are outdated.

Location good. Newly renovated rooms lovely but older rooms not nice. I had booked a room with air-conditioning, as it was the hottest part of July. Unfortunately, on arrival I discovered the room only had a fan, the window opened just a couple of inches and looked directly onto a ventilation shaft do very hot. It was pretty old and tired looking too - peeling paper etc. Thankfully, the staff were helpful and found me another room straight away - although they did say not all rooms have AC. The new room was a complete contrast-light, bright, clean, modern, and much more comfortable.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was beautifully furnished with comfortable bed and pillows. The sitting areas were comfortable The showers in both of our rooms were very bad with just a trickle of water coming from the shower head. We were staying in the hotel on the hottest day of a very hot summer and expected at least a shower in reasonable working order.

Good location The room was very hot, no air condition just a small window looking out at a wall down an alley, the fan that was put in the room was useless. Was not even ask by the receptionist whether we would like to book breakfast or not in the morning. The only thing that the receptionist said to us was that if we did not want to stay there as there was no air-conditioning we could cancel the booking and find somewhere else to stay which was impossible such late at night.

Breakfast is fantastic! The staff is amazing . The room was impeccable. Loved our stay at this hotel. Totally worth it! I liked every thing about this hotel . Truly it was a great London stay.

Delicious. Kind, polite but not forbiddingly serious waitresses. They were really nice and attentive and friendly. The food was just perfect, the right amount beautifully cooked and served. Nothing. Really.

Great location, nice decor Tiny and cramped rooms, even tinier bathrooms. Expensive for what is offered.

Great service Room was very small with little or no ventilation. A lovely dyson fan was provided but air had nowhere to go so it was stiflingly hot all night. There was no complimentary tea/coffee/water in rooms despite it being the hottest day of the year
