The bed was really, really comfortable. Had to walk up several flights of stairs with a case. It was OK, but if you've got super heavy ones, it would be tricky unless you can get someone to help you. I'm sure they would.

Location Room was very small - no facilities but as expected …. It is a pub with rooms over.

Great location, easy checkin and access Could have used a vacuum of the floor before checkin and there was a stain on the sheet

Great location, peaceful and quiet for central London, tube and every shop, cafe etc nearby, pub downstairs. Windows actually opened and could see trees! steep steps to room.

Very pretty and comfortable, great location The air con wasn’t strong and the staff didn’t turn it on for us when we checked in and showed us to the room. It was 36 degrees

Great location - clean and well maintained rooms above a nice traditional London pub Please update the check in times - although they do have storage for bags we had planned a day around the advertised times so needed shower etc before heading out - therefore in our situation needed to wait.

This is a lovely little spot in a great location. We arrived and had a drink in the bar before being shown to our room. The room itself was compact but had everything needed including a very comfortable bed. Bedroom and bathroom were both very well presented and clean. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the property is in a fantastic location. We dined just around the corner at Bellazul (which was lovely) and had a coffee at Tasty Corner. A very short walk to Oxford St and lots of tube stations nearby. We requested early check-in which was approved in advance, but this wasn't well communicated as on the day there was a little confusion. It wasn't a problem though as we sat in the bar and had a drink after our long drive. About 30 mins later we were shown to our room, but shortly after the cleaner walked into the room without knocking in an attempt to hoover. When we returned from our gig in the late evening the bar was closed (as we expected), but when accessing the side door the full corridor was blocked by huge laundry bags. This seemed like a fire safety risk and the bags were still there when we departed the next morning.

The rooms are just above a nice, quiet pub and are a good size, clean and tidy. They give you a kettle and some hot drink facilities. The staff were nice and the room was very quiet. They offer luggage storage but the storage is leaving your bag at the bottom of the stairs, unattended. So that was slightly disappointing.

Great location. Could be updated a little with feather duvet and pillows etc. Also a warning , if you are on the top floor as we were, how many staircases you’d need to climb!

Fantastic location in Marylebone with trendy shops and great restaurants all around. Trendy coffee shop right across the road. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the big windows you could open for fresh air. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy check in. Convenient for leaving luggage before and after your stay.

Initial staff contact was great. Arrived slightly earlier than check in time but room was ready so we were able to leave our bags and crack on with our day. Room was on top floor, ( no lift) so a bit of a hike, but room was lovely. We were the Churchill room. Great shower Comfy bed Nice coffee machine. The plumbing needs attention, particularly the taps in the bathroom and kitchenette which both 'whistle' when turned off... the bathroom drips too unless you really screw it tight up.
