Great room size and facilities. Good air conditioning and very quiet location. Quality fittings and very clean. Need to amend the check in time to 3pm. It’s advertised as 2.30pm

Spacious room above the pub in a great location very close to Marylebone High Street, but tucked away so not too noisy at all. Fridge in the room was a nice touch and the tv was huge so good for the football. Great little pub downstairs with very friendly and helpful staff. Check in time on booking.com stated 1430 but is actually 1500. Not a major issue as we had a couple of beers before checking in.

Location The facilities were very poor. Television did not work. Safe did not work. Shower was cold. Room was rough around the edges with broken tiles in the bathroom and lampshade broken and hanging off lamp in the bedroom. Staff said they would see to fixing the television but they didn’t. Staff were generally unconcerned, unapologetic and unhelpful. It was very expensive for such poor service and facilities.

Quiet even above the pub. Bed was comfy Quite a walk to any Underground station. Upstairs 2 flights w luggage and very tight quarters made it hard to open both our suitcases

Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed Very noisy; difficult to sleep. We had a very disturbed night. There is a heater of some sort in the corner by the window that kept roaring into action at unpredictable but frequent intervals during the night. It turned itself off again after a few seconds, but every time it came on it woke us up. To add to this there was a lot of noise from the room above; banging and stamping well after midnight and again before 6 the next morning. And loud clattering and banging in the stairwell before seven - perhaps the cleaners? Talking and laughing from late pub-leavers continued till nearly midnight just outside our window, which was only single glazed. I’ve complained to the manager but have had no response

Great Location - spacious room Lots of stairs

Very quiet for a central London spot, able to get a good nights sleep. Lovely bathroom and large shower Comfortable bed Coffee and sugar was old, the sugar had all clumped up. Housekeeping came in to put bags in the bins soon after we arrived without knocking - did not know we were there!

Great location. Lots of good eateries and bars in this village feel area. We were able to leave our luggage at the bar before checking in. Nice room with air conditioning - v welcome in the hot weather Very quiet, no noise from bar or road. A lot of stairs but it didn’t really affect us as we’re pretty fit. Someone overweight or not very mobile would be well advised to request a room nearer the ground floor.

Location is excellent, lots of cafes and bars close by. Feels very safe. The bed was comfy and it was well equipped with a full length mirror, somewhere to hang clothes and a hairdryer. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are a bit tired with things falling apart. The extractor fan in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The shower only had one setting - scorching hot!

Location and quality of the acompdation, also good cleaning. Maybe some noise from the pub at night, but not directly related with the acomodation itself

Great location for us and a good spacious room with a good bed Aircon was a bit noisy. Some water in the room would have been appreciated and the TV’s in an impractical location.

Location Shower water not hot enough.

The room - great size, really comfortable bed, bathroom, kitchenette. Good location, it is really just a few minutes walk from Bond Street/Oxford Street but in a nice quiet part of Marylebone. Check in - I got to the pub at 1:30pm but there was no staff in the pub for almost 30 minutes at check in; I thought I'd easily get to check in, but access to the room was from 3pm onwards (not 2:30pm as advised); not a real problem but the pub didn't have any food left for lunch! I left my bags and went elsewhere. I am fine with stairs - but it was on the 4th floor so that should be advised in case someone is less fit or mobile.
