Super friendly staff, easy to check in and leave luggage to go exploring. Clean with nice toiletries. Would stay here again It wasn't the biggest room but fine for one night and price was great for London!

Great location Very hot during unusual heatwave. So no AC was missed. A fan was provided which was a help but given crazy heatwave AC would have been better.

Good location. Very close to the underground and the surrounding area was great with good restaurants/shops/pubs. Regent Park is close and a very nice place to spend time. Room was incredibly tiny but I guess to be expected. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower adequate.

Bed was comfortable No coffee, room was the size of a small cupboard, shower was a dribble at best, poorly fitted mixer taps in shower, over all very tired. Obviously highly priced based on location alone!

All OK for my business trip there was no milk in the bedroom to make coffee in the morning. It was a bit tedious walking outside to a few doors away to the sister building for breakfast

the room was clean but the furnishings etc were old and tired. The bath had mould growing around it and the taps to the basin didn't work properly.

Location handy No lift had to carry cases up three flights of stairs at 71.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our stay which is why we booked it in the first place. Everything else was a postivie add-on. The breakfast was nice, personell nice and helpful and the beds are very comfortable. Also the area was surprisingly quiet for being so central. We had a great stay all in all, nothing to complain about.

Great location, close to the tube but just away from the hussel and bussel so very quiet, nice clean room, easy check in, big windows that open to get fresh air - rooms are cosy but comfortable bed and all the mod cons including free WiFi making a great stay The bathroom toilet is a bit cramped but no significant issue
