Nothing. There was nothing to like Everything. It was so run down. The rooms were filthy. There was no cold water. The room was over 45°. The reception staff were extremely rude. Wallpaper hanging off the walls. People screaming all night long.

It was close to the underground and we were able to drop bags off It was incredibly hot in the room with just a fan

The location is great in terms of onward travel into London via Baker Street station and its quite affluent. The staff member of staff upon wlelcome and leaving was great. The room was tiny with a smaller than average double bed. The wardrobe door couldn even open fully. The view out of the window was of a wall 6ft away with a 12 inch extractor pipe. The room was unbearably hot day & night, althought there was a disfunctional fan in the room. The bathroom fan sounded like a petrol generator.

The location is perfect and the staff were lovely and so friendly. The rooms themselves are perfect for a short stay and have everything you need! It did get very warm in the room, air con would have been nice but there was a fan provided….it was just a bit too loud!

It was a very convenient location for where we needed to be which was Marylebone High Street. It was an extremely hot day on the hotel room only had a fan, no air-conditioning.
-
Location to Regents Park for the theatre and close to the Baker Street tube Felt cheap but was expensive at £210 without breakfast for a very small room.
-
Great location for tube Regents park and madame Toussauds Shower wasnt great. curtains worn.

Close to Baker Street station. Was quiet. A standard desk fan was provided. Fridge was handy. Friendly staff at the front desk. Room was tiny, toilet was tricky to sit on as it faced a wall. Cold water tap was actually warm water during a heatwave. Room was hot as no air con. Felt like an old building that hasn't had much care given to it over the time

The location was very good. The room was clean. It was an extremely hot day ALL over London. Unfortunately our room did not have air conditioning. We did get a fan, that helped.
