Top hotel - quite luxurious, within Marleybone area - fabulous location. After a concert managed to get back to the hotel around 11.30pm, guests still in bar and lounge but we were told the bar had now closed, bit disappointing.

Quick, professional and warm check in. Fast response to bring extra hangers & pillows. Friendly staff. Delightful decor. Smells divine - what is the air freshener? Lovely bathroom & power shower. And so much more! The beds were a little firm - would benefit from a topper

This was my second stay at the Holmes Hotel, and I was just as satisfied as I was during my first visit. The hotel has an elegant boutique atmosphere and is a very pleasant place to stay. The Sherlock Holmes theme is charming and thoughtfully incorporated throughout the property. The hotel is generally very well maintained, although the floor in my room appeared quite scratched and somewhat worn.The breakfast was very enjoyable when I tried it, and the location is perfect for my needs. The hotel is just a short walk from Baker Street Station, which provides excellent transport connections via multiple Underground lines. I also absolutely love the Marylebone neighborhood, which adds even more to the overall experience. Overall, I had another wonderful stay and would be happy to return in the future. My only criticism relates to the twin beds. Since I was traveling with a friend, I booked a Deluxe Twin Room. The room was generously sized and offered plenty of space; however, the twin beds felt quite narrow, which affected my sleep comfort during the stay. Considering the size of the room, I believe larger twin beds could be accommodated and would significantly enhance the guest experience.

We loved the hotel's location, the comfort we enjoyed, and the fact that it had high ceilings and was bright and clean. Excellent and polite staff, excellent service. I recommend the hotel for the facilities it offers and for its location opposite Baker Street station, very close to the city centre and surrounded by fantastic shops. I have nothing negative to say; everything was wonderful.
