Helpful staff, great facilities, gym and sauna were great, 24 hour reception, safe, clean, good location, close to the underground and supermarkets, bed was comfortable As with most places in London, costly if you're staying a while. They were understaffed the day I arrived so I did have a short wait, though they were very polite and offered me an extra free drink.

I am travelling Marylebone frequently and checked many hotels. This beats them all!

Nothing at all From the start , the receptionist “Alex” was rude and not compatible to be working with travelers from around the world We also didn’t like the room, not because the furniture was old and the floor is kirky and not steady and keeps squeeking. But also the room is super dirty even when we first entered. The bathroom sink had what appears to be spit from someone before we came, the bathroom furniture is super dirty and stained. I stayed around 6 nights and I couldn’t shower without feeling disgusted

Lovely hotel, very fun but still stylish aesthetic. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Unfortunately the walls are very thin, you could hear people walking upstairs, in the next rooms and also outside the door. The room was quite poorly lit and dark. I ordered from the restaurant to our room one night and it took almost an hour for one margarita pizza to arrive. Breakfast finishes at 10am which I personally feel is too early but that may just be personal preference.

Amazing location. The room was a disappointment, and not quite how we viewed it on the website. It was situated at the top of the stairs so we constantly heard people coming and going and the door banging. The black out curtain in the room was hanging off just a few inches, but enough to give the room an unkempt look. The plug socket was making a high pinched sound and we were unable to charge anything. Breakfast was ok. Staff serving in the restaurant went above and beyond. These are all just minor details, we didn’t pay thousands to stay but I do think first impressions are very important.

The staff was so helping and understanding with our special requirements and needs during the sabbath (a Jewish family). The thematically design, especially in the public zones, is really nice️‍♂️ The location is excellent and can be really used as a base to explore central London. The beds are not that comfortable and the rooms with internal court view feels bad.

Location Breakfast & the common areas are all lovely Very small rooms and upgraded. The bathroom is ridiculously small. They charge for water in the room. Floors carpet - some slippers would be a nice touch as I don’t like the idea of walking on carpet that everyone before me.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations. It's a lovely property with a nice vibe - better than many 5 star hotels. The rooms are very nicely decorated and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. I was given a very impressive and beautiful suite. Rhea at the Restaurant was excellent and saw to my requests. The Location is very central on Baker Street and a few mins walk to Marylebone Highstreet and all its neighbouring restaurants and pubs. The Hotel and especially my room were very nice but the reason I have not given it a score of 10 is because the housekeeping fell short. My room was not cleaned properly when I arrived. Also I had called the front desk for some glasses and ice. They never came. An hour later I called the restaurant for some room service dinner. Rhea saw to me and delivered everything I required. The front desk team were not great. The hotel fell short on service and housekeeping which is a shame, otherwise it would have been an exceptional stay.
