Clean, good facilities and amazing location that is super close to Baker Street station. Overall excellent value for money! Would definitely return when I’m next in London There is no lift and we were on 4th floor. This wasn’t an issue for us, but just be aware if you struggle with stairs!

I really liked the location. It was near all the amenities, shops, Madame Tussauds, nice parks and it was really easy to move around. The room was excellent, clean, quiet, enough space for two and the room height was amazing. The kitchen helped a lot when prepping meals. We got an earlier check in which we are very grateful for! Great and friendly staff! They really listened our wishes and helped with all the questions :) The room got really hot during the heat wave in London and with only one fan on the floor.

Great location Was extremely hot day but the staff provided fans and moved my room to lower floor when it was clear how hot it was on the top floor.

Perfect location, practical to reach places of interests quickly with only a few tub stops, Harry Potter meeting point near (5 minutes walk), very spacious and nice room, employees very friendly No elevator which may be challenging for disabled persons. Fan was a little bit too noisy in case of very hot weather

Gentleman who greeted me was very amenable and attentive. Room at back was perfect. Noise limited given central location. Very clean. Functional.

The room was small but comfortable. It also had a fan which made it cooler. It was a very cute set up. They even had soap and shampoo! It was good. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing. It was perfect for one night.

The location is good, it is very close to bus stations and Oxford street. This is a good choice for a family with kids.

Convenient location, the bed was comfortable. The windows didn’t open & there was no air con so the room was uncomfortably hot. My room was at the front & there was also some traffic noise from the street at the front.
