Location, accommodating my very late arrival No lift, no air conditioning, expensive for a tiny very basic accommodation

There are many places to eat near the Marylebone Inn Hotel. I also had a small refrigerator in my room, which was nice to have.

Centrally located near Baker Street restaurants. Room #12 was spacious, had a table, fridge microwave and had large windows. Room #12 had no power outlet near the bed.

Room was great, had everything that you could need. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The location was outstanding! Easy access to everything that you could want and need!

Confusing shower. Wish there had been a coffee maker.

Location was very fantastic

Clean & tidy Very noisy - fronts onto a main road and my room 23 had no effective mitigation. Needs heavy curtains etc Also the electrics need sorting. I'm in the shower and lights and shower out . Total darkness and wet and cold.

As a local who is staying here for a night, I can tell you with confidence that this is one of the best locations in London. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very kind. I was actually pleasantly surprised by how large the room was and they upgraded me to a larger room for free because they had them available. The only downside was that the TV was not connected to the Internet to hook up Netflix or whatever streaming service. That being said., I never asked the staff about it because I was only there for one night so they probably could’ve resolved it as there was great Wi-Fi.

Location is amazing. Staying in this neighborhood is great. It’s close to every major area.

the location was terrific - close to the subway and easily accessible but quiet. the staff was very nice and helpful and the room was spotless. there was nobody at reception when i arrived in the afternoon and i had to call a phone number for someone to appear. while the room was basically fine, the room was spare, decor was basically non existent, but spotless. The windows didn’t work well, and one pane was broken. the room was chilly and i didn’t see a thermostat.

I appreciated how close this hotel was to the restaurants and the train. I liked being able to stock the fridge and sit and eat at a table in my room. I had everything I needed. I can handle no air conditioning, however, the street is bright and loud when you have the window open. If you are a light sleeper bring headphones and an eye mask. If it's a heat wave, book another hotel because there is only a high speed fan and it's sad to be sleep deprived on vacation. If you have any kind of disability, note that each flight of stairs skips a story. So if it says floor one, it is up two flights of stairs. I had knee surgery so I will never look at stairs the same way and it is not just about getting your luggage up there, it's going up and down over and over. The kind man in the office carried my bags and I was so grateful.

The staff was really warm and friendly! The room was clean, quiet and convenient. There are a lot of good food options close by within walking distance. Great stay for a reasonable price! Would recommend.

The location of the property was very nice, close to a lot of food outlets and not too far from the main Oxford street. Room size was very good, spacious for a family of four. We stayed in a family room (2 bedrooms) on the main/ground floor and unfortunately despite it being a “Family room”, any time we would walk in the room it would apparently make a lot of noise, enough to bother the people staying in the room below us. It was pretty upsetting and later on frustrating as even the slightest walk/minimal movement in the room would make stomping like sound and therefore the entire comfort level and experience got very disappointing. Even after being so cautious not to bother anyone, a staff member from the office still had to come and tell us off and also admitted that it’s how the floors are designed and that they make a lot of sound, so we have to be careful. It wasn’t the most pleasant experience especially when you have paid so much and taken a family room which clearly means that there are going to be more than just two people in the room. Thankfully we just stayed just one night and left early the next morning.
