The older reviews may have been a reflection of what they used to be but they took feedback and really improved. I got fantastic value for money and the room was very big and clean. aC was working so well during this heatwave !

The place was close to all the attractions and activities we were planning to visit during our stay Its wasn't the cleanest, the staff were none existent and they were not the best communicators

Great location Room was very cosy, it felt a little tired and could have been cleaner. One of the lamps didn’t have a lampshade and there was no option to just have one light on you had to have all the lights on

Location Small loft , rooms weren't very clean , cracks in shower and sink, no receptionist . Poor facilities very dusty baggage drop also wouldn't be well done

An ok location, not too far from Baker St tube. Room was sufficient but had a dated bathroom. The key system was temperamental via the app and bathroom dated.

Floor was cracked, kitchen was in a wardrobe, didn’t feel safe to use without causing a fire and no glasses

Great location, relatively easy check in Booked a twin, got given a double. Basically told when you book your specific room it’s not guaranteed until the day (sounds like nonsense!) and if they don’t have any doubles left they can’t give you one.. even though I paid extra for it.. they moved us for night 2, but not happy to refund the difference. Had no choice but to stay, and staff were quite “not my fault” about it and not really even apologetic. Poor customer service.

Nothing to like - black mould, filthy, stains anywhere dark and horrible rooms Nothing to like - black mould, filthy, stains anywhere dark and horrible rooms - bathrooms are horrible - staff is unhelpful - inhabitable property that should not be let . The management does not care we could not stay due to how disgusting it was and had to find alternative accommodation- still waiting for a refund. Booking is doing nothing to help.

Clean room No staff, reception was a person working from home over intercom, very impersonal. In 4th floor room, there was a machine noise every few seconds, all night. Not very loud but did disturb sleep. Seemed like a water pressure pump malfunctioning. Area was otherwise quiet and hotel location excellent for my purposes.
