Hotel is in a good neighbourhood not very far from the main attraction points. We did have a working AC, but it was quite loud to sleep with it. Our apartment was in the inner side of the block, so we did not have bad experience with noisy streets. Hotel is definitely not a 4 star, these are the key problems we had: - Hotel did not have proper reception and staff for help 24/7, they have person sitting at the entrance for fixed hours around 11:00 till 18:00, after that, you have to press call button near the desk. - Room has no cleaning, bathroom was poorly cleaned before our arrival, no sheets was changed during day time, no trash was taken care of. - Staff does not help, we had broken Fan which was overheating instantly, I called the staff to change it which they promised to do, but they never did it. - We did not have hot water for 3 nights, our stay was for 4 nights and only the last night we had hot water, not everyone likes to shower in cold water. - Last night we had fire alarm triggered around 0:00 at night, it took maybe 40 minutes for the staff member to arrive and turn it off.

Nice clean room , fridge a bonus. with lift access Air conditioner did not work. I WhatsApp 2 numbers but got no reply. Uncomfortable heat on first night , had bought a fan which helped on second night. Given the heatwave was predicted I would expect A/c to be working.

No BF included. Location was good but inside congestion zone...Easy access to EV charging points... Overnight street parking free... They split family in to two room on different floors....Lift was very very small and rooms on 4th floor.... Bathroom central heating / radiator was on in hot summer, making bathroom an oven. I called the number provided, lady answered and registered the complaint but no one came to fix it....
