The property was clean and had aircon which was a plus Finding our building was confusing they seem to have a few building on the street and we got confused coming back. We stayed on the ground floor and the only window we had was a sky light above the shower. Wasn’t fantastic just glad they had aircon. I wish we knew cos I would have requested a room with a window.

Super comfortable location, well equipped room and attentive staff. Would stay again. Temperature was great in summertime as you could regulate the aircon. The single bedroom is quite compact but I really didn’t need that much space.

Central and easy to commute to the place The light in the bathroom could not be turned off. So had to sleep with the light on. Thankfully was only one night. Also really small room.

Great location - very easy walk to shops and restaurants. It has a lift and air con was a much needed relief from the heat. It was quiet and the building is very attractive with high ceilings on our level. I paid more and thought there would be a bedside table on both sides as per the photo but one side of the bed was up against the wall

We had a basement room which was newly refurbished great A/C and shower bathroom fan was a little slow turning off but very good tea and coffer making facilities. Hotel short walk from baker street tube and five minute walk from hotel to Oxford street Fan in bathroom slow to turn off and basement room is not our favorite place

Staff was nice. I appreciate extra checks because I didn't have a passport on me (instead of just straight up refusing to accept me). The room was clean. The room was unfortunately too close to the bar. So I heard everyone. The worst thing is that at 8am maintenance people decided that it's a great time to fix doors and windows outside. And so I didn't have a nice sleep.
