I really liked the location and the room was very comfortable and clean - I especaially liked the large queen sized bed with nice crisp sheets and the shower was very powerful - super nice. Breakfast could have been better - with more choice of bacon, eggs etc rather than the ready made toasties which didnt look that appetising to be honest. I would also have liked a larger selection of meats and cheeses for breakfast. The fresh fruit salad wasnt the best either - this could be fresher.

Great location near baker st station, local cafes, and restaurants. Room small, but comfortable. I wish there was a small fridge in the room.

Great location, great staff and professional. The bathroom (doors) could have been designed better. They are uncomfortable to enter and exit. The rooms are small but the beds are a good size. Basement room that I got didnt have a window opening and the room needs ventilation for air.

The staff were friendly and the location was great. The room was cold and did not heat up at all with the heating system. There were loud noises from the plumbing above the room which made it hard to get to sleep and then woke me up at 4.45am.

This was a perfect hotel for us. Very central location, and clean room. Pricing was good. We enjoyed,and stayed at junior suite. Thank you!

Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, we were provided with an upgraded room which was extremely clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet with a large window. I understand that the hotel is spread over several buildings on Gloucester place but we stayed in the main reception building. We didn't avail of the on site food so I can't comment on it. Can't think of anything that was disappointing.
