Easy check-in on arrival, room was really clean with comfy beds, a great little kitchenette and a newly refurbished bathroom which was spotless. Room surpassed our expectations and surprisingly quiet. Great location allowing easy visiting to both Regent Park and Hyde Park. The only thing to be improved is having some towel hooks in the bathroom - there is nowhere to hang any towels at all!

Good price for the location. The room is pretty small but enough for a city break. I liked that we had fan and it wasn’t that warm inside. In the bathroom it was a strange smell.

Location was pretty central, nice safe street and beautiful buildings. Staff upgraded my room after i found bedbugs in it. Bedbugs, black mold in shower, tiny rooms.

Location is really good, centrally located and it was really clean Unfortunately there was an extraction fan making noise regularly the staff was really nice and helpful- tried to help to fix it as well

The staff was very helpful, they went the over mile for us after we did a request. The size of the room was great. The room was clean and quiet. We had a small kitchen in the room, clean and new. I recommend The bathroom was quite small. Not an issue for us but wanted to mention if someone may care or would need a spacious bathroom for any reason

Good location, clean place, wasn't too hot in the summer. Fan included as well as fridge. The pillows were extremely thin, I got neck cramps from them I usually have very thick and hard ones at home. Experience could be different for others.

Very well placed in Marylebone Friendly staff available anytime Small useful kitchen in the room with microwave, kettle; electric cooking and plates and cutlery for 2 You can let your luggages to the staff Good mattress though a little hard Still expensive and would love to have a duvet on Top if the linen and one pillow more.

Very safe neighbourhood, large room with kitchnette, friendly staff that lent us plug adaptors! Proper price for prime location in London. Everything was fine.

The property is located between baker street and Marble Arch metro stations and has very good bus connections. The kitchenette is a great point when you’re staying for a couple of days and you don’t wanna eat out. The bathroom do not have amenities like soap or shampoo besides small items they give during the checkin. Unfortunately the upper floor is very hot during the afternoon and evening, without a AC unit make really difficult to sleep good.
