Very comfortable. Good breakfast, although a little pricey for a buffet/ continental breakfast, but everything is was very fresh and tasty, and cooked eggs were available. Nothing.

The position was amazing, so convenient to be able to walk everywhere, yet quiet enough to sleep. Nothing it was great.

Perfect. Palacios. Great a/c. Good size. Lovely big bathroom. Fridge. Coffee machine. Not 1000 different switches for different things. Great location. 5 mins to Selfridges. Lovely helpful staff. No complaints.

Great location and boutique feel , lovely and clean everything worked and air con was great during this heatwave. Helpful team of staff. Our room was in the basement and had no view ; the window was frosted and had a lot of stair and boiler or generator noise from directly outside the window - there were no other rooms to be moved to upon request to change. The noise from the boiler or generator was raised and a complimentary breakfast was offered which we appreciated the thought.

It was very clean and all staff was very friendly. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had to wait one hour to check in even though check in was supposed to be at 3 o’clock. But we got to the room at 4 o’clock.

The room was spacious and comfortable, we had basic comfort elements like coffee machine, and the bed was comfortable as well. Overall cleanliness was nice. The main advantage of the hotel is the location, it is very easy to reach via metro, bus or walk around as well. Some staff members especially during check-in were acting quite grumpy, almost to the point of rude - even just while welcoming and regular procedures like asking for passports.

Location is amazing! Bed wasn’t comfortable, towels and robes were ratty and stained, black mold on the shower, shower was in a tub that pooled water around your ankles and also sprayed everywhere soaking the floor. Very meh but you get what you pay for and the location was great.
