The minimalist and luxury of the details. The quality of all amenities and space. The restaurant and the lounge have perfect setting, food and drinks were great. All was excellent

It was okay. I didn’t like them charging me for mini bar items that we didn’t consume. Plus putting a charge on my bill for cleaning the room & making the bed. I was quoted £1345.00 for a two night stay & they took out of my card £1797.00 of which £239.00 was for items I didn’t consume. It’s fraudulent ! I am waiting for a response.

The location. From check in attitude to tiny rooms with aging balconies with rotting drains. If this is Nobu. Nogo. Too much to say. Not worth the energy.

The bed was very comfortable and clean The front desk staff were so annoying and they were arguing a lot about every detail.

Location was ok. Breakfast was nice but expected more. Stay was adequate but not exactly luxury. I originally booked to attend an event that was subsequently cancelled. Decided to carry on with my stay thinking that the Nobu brand would mean luxury. It turned out to be just another higher priced business hotel. Minimalist but not as many room amenities you would find in a Japanese business superior room of a similar price tag. It was good but below what I expected. Also, I was not happy with the check out experience - being ambushed with an awkward request for a 5% discretionary charge deducted from the deposit going directly to staff. Only 25 pounds he said! I stayed only a night... and hardly had direct dealings with staff let alone special encounters warranting a hefty tip on an already expensive room. Very cheeky. Edit: I also found out a few days later they charged my card post-stay for candies and nuts from the minibar that we never had. I called and wrote to the hotel to get the unauthorized charge reversed. To be fair, they responded immediately and confirmed the charge has been reversed. I am still waiting for this. Looking at other past reviews, it looks like unexpected charges are common. Be sure to check your folio / receipt at check out.
