It’s a lovely hotel and good location The rooms are not all the same. We had a very bad room our first night. Didn’t feel like an executive king. We were changed the day after. It was not a good experience

A solid 10/10 stay at Prince Akatoki London. What made our stay so special was the attention to detail and exceptional service from start to finish. Ahmed made our check-in experience warm and welcoming, even coming up to the room with the bellboy to ensure we were comfortably settled in. The housekeeping and room service teams were fantastic throughout our stay, regularly checking that we had everything we needed. On one occasion, we returned from shopping on nearby Oxford Street to find our belongings thoughtfully arranged and Japanese kimonos for our use...such a lovely touch. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping and access to the underground. The breakfast was excellent, and the gentleman serving breakfast each morning (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) was the epitome of professionalism. He made every breakfast feel like a Michelin-star experience. Checkout was the perfect end to our stay. Henry and Chris had us laughing, made the process seamless, and kindly helped us with all seven of our large suitcases to the car. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We would happily stay here again anytime we're in London. Absolutely nothing

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, with impeccable cleanliness in every area. The team truly went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt comfortable and well cared for. The location is excellent, making it easy to access everything nearby. Most importantly, this hotel truly deserves its five-star rating. The quality of service, attention to detail, and overall experience were outstanding. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location is excellent. The room was quiet, very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with a lovely Japanese toilet bowl. There was detailing in every aspect for the bedroom including the provision of a "deep sleep pillow spray" if you want to use it. Our room came with breakfast which has a usual continental spread of bread, cold cuts, cereal, juice etc but in addition, you have a choice of hot breakfast including the usual hot English breakfast, omelette or which we had, the Japanese breakfast tray which was yummy (with the inclusion of chawanmushi). We arrived and checked in at night and the receptionist Natsumi was very helpful, not only to show us to the room and how to operate the lights in the room etc. The night manager on duty that night also greeted us at the reception and gave us a warm friendly welcome. Nothing

Fantastic staff—couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. The hotel location is wonderful, the room very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the evening turndown was delightful. Great shower and bath amenities. I can’t think of one thing that we didn’t like. Or half a thing. Everything about the hotel was delightful. I would definitely stay there again.
