Service from all staff, great breakfast. Location, comfortable beds and pillows. One person from our group was in the basement and felt uncomfortable. She was moved to an upper floor the next day

Location. Room allocated was NOT what I booked! Very small in attic. New room was better but musty smell in basement room. Poor quality breakfast.. cold cooked breakfast and poor quality coffee in a flask!

Location The dusty fake flowers in the room, the bathroom window. Very noisy no remote control in the room. Very stingy with the tea and coffee

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly at all times. I have celiac disease, and they were very helpful and attentive at breakfast. Good location. A bit pricey, but London is expensive.

The breakfast was good with lots of options. Both continental and english style breakfasts offered with coffee or tea and selection of different fruit juices. The dissapointing aspect of my stay at Grand Park was the noise I could here in my room. Unfortunately, I believe my room was situated below the kitchen and my sleep was disrupted quite early - can't be sure how early - by the various sounds of kitchen prep.

Convenient to Oxford streets and restaurants The manager was very friendly and service oriented, he definitely is the reason the place is up and running. The breakfast was good. Tiny rooms, smelly bathrooms(perhaps from the drainages) The lady who received me when I arrived was extremely rude. The manager is amazing and definitely has customer service experience, he handled my situation perfectly well. Be careful not to be taken to the rooms on LG, they are “jail cells” we watch on movies…. Too tiny you can’t even have your suitcase if you have arrived from outside England.
