Great location for Oxford Street and Mayfair. Extremely close to Marble Arch The room was looking a bit tired. Whilst I was staying (3 nights) the lift was out of service. These things happen but I had to carry an extremely heavy suitcase up to the fourth floor upon arrival and it got rather grating, traipsing up and down the stairs for 3 days.

Comfy beds and pillows, great breakfast. Check in experience seemed outdated, no welcome treats in the room

Room upgraded free of charge as lift wasn’t working.

Proximity to Marylebone. Interesting decor. Good coffee in the restaurant downstairs Tiny, tiny bedroom (403), felt claustrophobic in the eaves of the building. Tatty and outdated stairwells which I had to use as the lift wasn’t operating. Shower tray and tiles inside were brown with age. Tiles ledge in bathroom thick with sticky dust. Very off putting. Nespresso coffee machine in the room didn’t work which I only discovered just before I was leaving .

Great location and friendly staff Nothing

The staff were all so friendly. The location ideal, hidden back from Oxford Street. The bar offered a really comfortable.place to unwind, have meetings or just read your book. Clean and very comfortable The lift was broken at the time, that's the only negative thing and they were working hard to fix it quickly and it certainly didn't impact my stay.

Great location and lovely room Nothing

Location Parts of the hotel were very shabby, particularly the carpet / or lack of carpet leading up to the first floor. There was no lift - it seems to have been out of order for a couple of years. I stayed here last year and no lift. I did not appreciate having to walk up to my room on the 4th floor with a very narrow staircase. If was even more precarious going down these stairs. An accident waiting to happen. Finally there was a smell of drains in the reception area.
