Location Bar closed too early on Sunday also felt like we were the only people there. Room was ok but not as nice as I had hoped.

Good location, beautiful decor, friendly staff, comfy bed and pillows, good shower and toiletries. Nice coffee machine in the room (although there was a slight coffee spill underneath, but that was all I found amiss). Nothing.

Location good by Marble Arch. Great place for a work trip as many comfortable spaces available to work. Staff very helpful and good value for the rates I got.

Small, friendly hotel but very central . Very clean rooms with wonderfully comfortable beds . Fantastic staff who couldn’t do enough for us . Great evening meal and a fabulous breakfast menu too. We would thoroughly recommend especially as we drove up and were able to park very close by at a hugely discounted rate. Thank you to all the staff There was nothing to dislike ! Xx

We enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. The room was comfortable, the bedding-pristine, towels-snow white and fluffy. The breakfast was phenomenal. Special thanks to the lovely lady in charge of the cleaning team. I think her name was Nino (I hope I’m not wrong). Highly recommended this hotel.
