Really polite staff, central location, AC working well, breakfast is convenient, Nespresso machine, coffee, tea and bottled water are complimentary at room which is a nice touch for the guests, thank you Rooms need drawers, especially for people who have back pains or for parents with children. The drawers are under the bed so you have to bend down each time you need something..

Very good location. Renovated recently so clean & proper. Spacious rooms with clever architectural solutions. Technical team was able and helpful. There were so many people at the Reception desk (I observe this as kind of a ‘trend’ in London hotels lately). Someone strats dealing with you and gets distracted and then another receptionist comes and asks you the problem! Kind of funny, actually. Also the concierge was a bit slow in answering the messages and e mails. Another thing: I informed the Reception in the morning of our check/out that we will be out of the room by 12.05, not 12.00. At 12.00 both the telephone and kind of an alarm started ringing!!! If they will not take you seriously, good customer relations is out of the picture. I think whole of London’s ambitious hotels need a re-make of their Receptions (People & Systems.)

The room was absolutely fantastic. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The spa is great. There are great staff members that are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, not all staff members were of the same calibre yet. It didn't impact our stay much but you wouldn't expect it at a place like this.
