The room was absolutely fantastic. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The spa is great. There are great staff members that are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, not all staff members were of the same calibre yet. It didn't impact our stay much but you wouldn't expect it at a place like this.

Comfortable and accomodating My breakfast order took so long to arrive (bearing in mind I ordered coffee and porridge) it took 45 minutes and still hadn't arrived at my table, so I had to leave to catch my flight.

Friendly people: lovely doorman, concierge staff, front desk. The personalized welcome letter was a nice touch. The bite size tea cakes, and fresh fruits were equally nice. Being sprayed by cold water when I turned on the water was not my idea of a wake up call. The shower wand was pointed towards the entrance, I was drenched. Pillows were flat and thin. I asked for extra pillows on our second night which was quickly accommodated. Day of checkout we didn't have time to get breakfast and we've used up the coffee pods the day before so I requested for coffee pods. We waited about an hour, our request was forgotten. Heads up, USB wall plug doesn't work on the bedside closest to the entrance.

The hotel met every expectation. The room was incredibly comfortable, the spaces were spotless, and the food was excellent. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. I travelled with my two young daughters; my 6-year-old is autistic and is very social, she loves chatting to everyone and finding out what they do. Not everyone responds with patience. Here, every single team member showed genuine kindness, attention, and respect. That level of care makes a real difference. After we left, we realised we had forgotten her favourite stuffed toy. The team found it and arranged delivery back to our home. A simple action that means so much. We will absolutely return on our next trip to London.
