The air conditioning in my room never worked.

Such a charming boutique hotel! The staff at Zetter Marylebone was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to welcome me and made my stay so memorable. A special thank you to Sam the bartender for terrific conversation and wine recommendation. My room was perfectly sized and comfortable. The location was so convenient to the Tube, buses and more. I really can’t say enough! I will be back soon! Not one thing. I loved it.

Poor breakfast—coffee was bitter, porridge weak, toast overdone, took too long. Room was handicapped, which we’d not requested. No bathtub. Nothing in minibar as there used to be.

This place was so charming. Both the staff and the property. It truly felt like home. Beautiful decor. Kind, always attentive staff. Andrea and Chai in particular were above and beyond.

It was totally my kind of place. Loved the location, the feels, intimacy and sense of home. Interiors, colors, bedding, lighting modes! Didn’t want to leave the room to be honest. Superb job, guys. Special thanks to Ami, Andrea and Mercy ♥️ Loved everything

The Zetter is a beautiful boutique hotel that is just as lush and cool in person as in the photos. There are many layers of decor that make this place unique and fun to stay at. We loved the working fireplace in the cozy lounge and our room was a nice size with a large bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and always available for our needs. We were offered a free glass of champagne the night we checked in and a complimentary top off another night we got a drink in the lounge. The location is fantastic for getting around the city. I would stay here again. There were a few communication issues that left me a little annoyed given the price we were paying each night. When we arrived a bit early, we were told we would be in a room with two twin beds despite me booking a queen room. This issue was quickly corrected and not a big deal. I had coffee in their cafe two mornings we stayed there and the second morning, I was charged double the price of the coffee I paid the day before. When I asked why that was, I was told that “the price changed on the menu.” Which seemed like a weird response. Finally, there was a hot water issue while we were there, which was not a big deal and the manager was very proactive, letting us know what was happening and offering to comp our night by 50%. Which is great! But two weeks later, I did not have a refund and had to go out of my way to contact the property and booking.com to receive the refund, which was a bit annoying.

The breakfast was one of the best Full Englishes I've ever had! The bar/breakfast area was charming at all times of day. The rooms were full of character, extremely comfortable, and felt surprisingly large for two of us what looks like a little London townhouse!

It would be great if the hotel could get rid of the slight damp smell that is noticeable when you first walk into the unit. Once you're in the unit fir a few minutes, you do forget the smell so it's not so horrid and unbearable. But if they could get rid of that, I'd give the hotel 5 stars across the board!
