Rooms were relatively spacious Rooms felt a little under-maintained and could benefit from some attention and updating. One of the lifts was also out of order during my visit, leaving some floors inaccessible by lift and causing inconvenience.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is truly phenomenal, making it remarkably easy to explore and get around and every single member of the staff was congenial, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Towel Placement & Heater: There is literally not a single hook anywhere in the bathroom to hang towels. The only option is a towel heater, which is unhappily situated directly above the toilet. This makes accessing and keeping towels dry and hygienic very awkward.
