The hotel is in a prime location, bed was comfy! We booked a triple room and had 2 singles and a double, a bathroom with a bath and shower. It was dated but I had no issues at all with sleeping. The l8ght had a fan attached to it too which helped circulate the air Updated decor but it wouldnt have changed the stay

Amazing building in utter decay . I’ve never seen such a neglected property ever with so much potential . It’s neglected to the point of how would own and neglect such a lovely property and allow this ?

Nothing, absolute shithole Everything, small, hot, noisy, filthy

The location Everything, the bed was super uncomfortable, the sink was hanging off the wall, the property was super outdated, the carpet was disgusting. I don’t usually review properties.. but this was hands down the worse place I’ve stayed. The other room I booked out had cables coming through the floor. And the sheets were stained… If I’m honest.. the place needs knocking down and re building

Filthy dirty and totally shabby - a disgrace in fact. I paid for 2 nights only stayed 1 / never again will I stay at this ‘hotel’ it was like a third world slum. Everything - it needs a complete refurb and employ staff who care and can speak English and answer the telephone disgusting place

Great location. Really friendly staff and the beds were comfortable Could do with a bit of updating

Location was great and the facilities were okay for what we payed. No AC in the room which made sleeping at night hard while 25-30 degrees outside. Stayed in room facing the street which would be noisy until late at night.

It was a great location 15 minutes walk from Paddington station and 10 minutes to Hyde Park I wanted to confirm the booking so I emailed no reply. I rang and rang but never got an answer until the morning of the stay. When I got there it took forever to convince her of my name she was adamant it was another similar sounding name. Finally got my booking (she blamed me for not knowing what my name is) then she proceeded to "find" a room. It was a twin I booked and it didn't resemble the photos at all⅞. The room had 2 singles pushed into a corner, but the bedding was clean. Everything was tired but about what I expected. The bathroom had seen better days. The sink only had cold water and the "shower" only had hot. There was no kettle but it did have tea, coffee ect. The coffee sachets were out of date, teabags in a plastic cup uncovered. So we wouldn't have been able to use them anyway. All in, it was the location that saved the day.
