Location was outstanding. Staff were lovely. Value for money is absolutely fantastic. Room could have been cleaner, there were many hairs in the bathroom upon check in. I say this but even with that the value for money and location do make up for it.

The receptionist Mohammad was amazing. Found my forgotten iPhone charger after I checked out. The location of the hotel is perfect, you can’t think of a better one in London.

Very close to the Marble Arch station easy to access but i guess so is everywhere in london, staff was friendly, room and other facilities moderately clean, building definitely needs renovation. Couldn't sleep the whole night, I'm asuming here i turned up on the wrong night and It was a one off thing but who knows. There was banging on another door till about 2am I think someone was locked out or something.

I didn't like anything. The pictures of the hotel on Booking look completely different from reality. I wanted to cancel, but I won't be able to get a refund. I even spent a lot of time arguing with the receptionist about this, but they just gave me lame excuses.

Location is great, very close to Marble Arch/Oxford Street. Staff were kind and helpful and the room is great value for money. Went in the summer so room was warm, but can’t be helped and open windows in the evening cooled it down. Telly not the biggest but does the job (not a smart tv but has a HDMI port). Hotel also offers luggage storage (at a price). Only pointers for improvement is that the shower head was a tad rusty (and shower basin was tad dirty, but nothing majorly to worry about), and if the property offered fans for the summer that would’ve made it better. For London prices you are getting a solid place to stay. But overall a great stay in a great location where the staff are friendly/helpful.
