Nothing We booked in for 3 nights left after one night it was like a sauna an absolute disgrace no satisfaction no refund for 2 nights when I addressed how hot it was and we were checking out I was laughed at

Only Location. An old person at reception when we enter was a kind man. There is full of noises from outside even at 12.00 am, we and kids not able to sleep. Room was on basement. No lift on this property. If you have bigger baggages very difficult to take up or down. No telephone to call the reception. No room service. No water and kettle in the room. No cupboard in the room. No toiletries. They should at least clean the room everyday since we took the room for 5 nights, very disappointed.

Nothing It was not clean I found insect in the bed and mold in the bathroom and the shower tub was not draining also one of the staff entered the room while we are sleeping to ask as if we want room service or not ( like your mom waking you for school) very dirty very uncomfortable.

Good Location The room can at least be cleaned once a day, since it was a hotel room that I booked, not an apartment. Despite requesting no action was taken. The room was stinking with an used bath towel when i checkedin and oi had to remove this on my own. Ditto with shared bathroom, insufficient lighting, and stagnant water on the floor. There is no cleaning staff in the hotel. I am sure the developing world will have better rooms for 1 1-star hotel room.

Nothing I booked this hotel for myself and my 14-year-old son, but the room conditions were completely unacceptable. The room was located in a basement with no windows, and the smell was so strong and unpleasant that it was difficult to breathe. It was not suitable for anyone to stay in — even for free. My son was in tears, and we were shocked by how different it was from the photos on Booking.com. The pictures were completely misleading, and the actual room looked nothing like what was advertised. I informed the staff immediately that I wanted a refund, but they told me all payments are handled by Booking.com. I emailed the hotel, but they never responded, and my refund request was ignored. My vacation was completely disrupted — instead of enjoying the city, I had to spend time looking for another hotel and moving our luggage. I ended up paying double the price, since Berkeley Court Hotel refused to refund anything, and I had to pay out-of-pocket for a second hotel. Avoid this place at all costs. The smell is unbearable, the conditions are horrible, and the management is unresponsive. This hotel should not be accepting guests until it’s properly renovated and made livable.

The location is convenient. Pretty much everything. From a leaking roof to stained floor and shower, all the way to the reception guy roaming around at night placing loud phone calls at 0300AM.....or insisting to get cigarettes. A horrible stay. Avoid avoid avoid.

The location was good near Marble Arch The cleanliness of the room. Bathroom had mold Matress was non existent, felt like I was sleeping on the metal bedframe with springs. Staff couldn’t help with issues Door lock wouldn’t work. Dirty bedsheets Didn’t feel safe.

The location was great and the room was reasonably clean. For the price point I wasn't expecting much and it met my need for the night. Good things: - The location: it's super close to everything. - Cleanliness: I can't vouch for the other rooms but the room I was in was clean and the communal areas that I saw were also clean. - No bad smells: there was no smells of damp or anything like that - The bed was reasonably comfortable (aside from the 'issue' mentioned below). Neutral things (they're not bad but they're not good either): - No lift: it's an old house that's been converted into a hotel. I knew this was the case when booking but if you're like me and suffer from chronic laziness just be aware that you might have to huff it up some stairs. - They provide WiFi but I didn't make use of it during my stay so can't comment on it's speed or reliability. - The picture in my room had been hung on the wall upside down. - The shower looked clean but I didn't make use of it during my 1 night stay so can't comment on it's functionality. - The bed felt a bit fragile and seemed slightly slanted so I constantly felt like I would roll off onto the floor. I'm putting this as a neutral since it may have actually just been subjective (I had been out doing some drinking). - The decor is a little dated but as long as it's kept clean that has no real bearing on comfort. - The sink in the bathroom didn't have a plug. - The window seemed to be stuck open and couldn't close (this may have been why the room had no bad smells). Thankfully it wasn't an especially cold night but it meant that the room was a bit noisier than it otherwise might have been.

The location Worst hotel we had stayed in. It was almost impossible to sleep because of some strange noise that the wc was making. The room and bathroom were filthy. The bed was terrible, full of hard springs, and very old. The staff were ok, on the last day, and after making a bunch of complaints about the noise, they changed us to another room.
