the location of this property was the only thing good, we put a complaint in while staying here and they did absolutely nothing to help, we had no shower facility for our whole stay and after phoning them and complaining they said someone would be out but that never happened. We then went on to put a complaint in with the company we booked with and the response from the hotel was a pack of lies, The customer service at this hotel is probably one of the worst I have ever received, you never get to see any staff its all done over the phone and when you do need help with something you don't get it anyway I would defiantly not recommend this hotel and would stay away at all cost.

Good location. No reception so no bag storage, etc. My view out of the window was a brick wall and bin bags. An unwashed cushion was on the pillow covered in hair. Walls are thin enough to hear the person in the next room vomiting.

Location, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The check in was clunky and did not work on the machine properly. It was also quite difficult getting through to someone on the phone for support.
