The location is great, air conditioning works very well The hotel is a bit outdated. There was a smoke smell in the rooms, probably because of air conditioning system. Breakfast is extremely basic with just a couple of options. Overpriced for what it offers

Really clean & comfy, great location in a nice neighbourhood, pleasant staff; really clean; good AC - really appreciated in the warmer weather. I would happily stay again and opt for breakfast elsewhere The bathroom is a bit dated with poor shower power. Opted for standard continental breakfast - poor quality pastries in a very warm basement breakfast room.

Location was great, safe, easy to get to and room was a good size Breakfast room was roasting and cheese was inedible because of this, aircon was pretty poor

Accessible to the underground, clean room, and several helpful amenities. Breakfast was great too! Since it’s an older building, I was able to hear others upstairs pretty clearly. A sound machine fixed that though!

So close to Hyde park and lovely location. Staff were absolutely lovely and friendly Some of the furniture was a bit tired but it was clean and very comfy.

Perfect location for exploring the city and close to any shop you could need. It was a small comfortable size with friendly staff and the breakfast was very nice. One drawback was even with an elevator there were stairs to walk and lift luggage. In our room, the refrigerator wasn’t working, but otherwise it was extremely comfortable.

Good location. Friendly staff. Room was very run down. Nice and clean tho. Breakfast room was very warm. I got there late and the meat and cheese was sweating.
