Great breakfast, nice restaurant ambiance. Beautiful decorations everywhere by Kit Kemp's design, love it! Location close to Regents Park which is nice. Enjoyed the shared garden (old cricketgrounds). Great Sunday roast at restaurant, can recommend. Beautiful bedroom, very comfortable bed.

The staff is very nice. The place is clean. The location is convenient. They cleaning time wasn't reliable. They never added water in the room during cleaning and had to be asked every time. There is no elevator but they do help with your bags. There is only one room key even though the room is for 2 people, so you must share. The worst part is the extra charges. They claimed we used the bar even though we did not (they did remove these charges when i brought it to their attention) but during check-our they charged me more than 100 pounds for accommodation service... isn't that already what i paid for? The hotel is by no means cheap. I already spent 3 thousand pounds to stay in the hotel. Why is there an accumulating daily charge for service? It makes no sense. Obviously it should be already included within the price. That i did not appreciate and its why i wouldn't consider staying there again.

Loved the vibe, the smell, cleanliness, location The internet was not stable, which is not normal in 2025. The worst thing was not having a coffee machine inside the room.

The design is nice and it was very clean. The staff was horrible, especially the hotel manager. They blamed me for a broken glass in the room and almost charged me 400£ for it.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The whole staff, especially the breakfast crew were incredible. I stayed there for 2 weeks and thought of it as home.

Loved the decor and size of our room. We looked over the Dorset square. The Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was appreciated. The mining breakfast was delicious and had many options for us. An altogether stylish and cozy hotel. We will return!

Bed is comfortable but noise in the basement rooms from the tube makes sleeping essentially impossible. Location is good. Was "upgraded" to a larger Deluxe King room only to wind up in a room in the basement with essentially no daylight and constant rattling from the tube passing by from 5:30AM until about 1:00AM. Needless to say that I couldn't sleep much (even with earplugs). If you are put in room 1 or 3, good luck. Otherwise actually a nice hotel (my coworkers stayed in the upper floors and did like it). I did raise the point immediately after check-in but was told I could not go to my originally assigned room as the hotel was fully booked and all guests had already checked in (clearly not true at 6pm...). I did follow up with the manager after my check-out who apologized and offered a free additional night for future stays (so at least from a customer service perspective this was handled properly afterwards), but overall at a rate of over £380 per night, this room is unacceptable by any standard.

Love the interior design. The beautiful colors and decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful flowers, honor bar nice touch. Our room was upgraded to a larger room. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens, big bath towels and fluffy robes. Our room was upgraded but the view was big metal machine. We dealt with it.

Only location Everything, they don’t know what luxury room means. Rooms are very small. I arrived 8:30 am and I informed them I need early check in they told me depends on availability and that is ok with me. I waited about 6 hours to check in although 5 couples checked out before 10 am

The staff was very kind and helpful and always willing. The service was really good and very fast and on time. It is a warm hotel meaning inviting for the guests. The food was also good nice selection it has everything. Is definitely stay here again!

We stayed in several Firmdale Hotels and this is the original one. It is a small but excellent hotel with very attentive staff with a personal touch. You feel at home and the location is great. It is only one stop with the Jubilee line from Baker Street to Bond street. Breakfast was excellent. Overal an exceptional good hotel as can be expected from a Firmdale hotel. No complains.
