Americana Hotel

The room and en-suite were very clean and well maintained. The room was very very hot and because the air conditioning was not connected we had to have the windows open.The noise from the road was really bad. When We mentioned this to the people on the desk,one of them was downright rude.He said the hotel was not advertised as air conditioned, and that each room had a fan.We said we had looked and there was not.He then said we hadn’t looked hard enough. I have stayed in many hotels in London and never had to suffer no airconditioning. Will not be coming again

Liked the snack option & coffee The fact yhay there was mo airconditioning and saying you are still renovating that is poor be ause we visited over 2 years ago and that was your excuse then and you were renovating.

Nice twin room. Very clean. Lovely staff. 5 mins walk from Baker St tube station. Close to Regents Park. Road outside was noisy.

Good location. Staff very helpful and friendly Room a bit warm but air conditioning is apparently coming soon . A fan was provided and this was enough to cool the room down

The room was small but cozy and the bathroom looked newly renovated. The desk staff were very welcoming and nice. The breakfast is very basic but other than that everything was perfect.

Excellent location - close to Regent's Park, tube stations, etc. The room is very small with most of the space taken up by the double bed. The shower was also rather tiny.

The hotel is located in a very safe residential area, just a short walk from Baker Street Underground Station and Regent's Park. Its location is ideal for exploring the city, as it is well connected by public transport while also being within walking distance of several neighborhoods and attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that room was very small, but enough for few days

Good location and easy to find Only thing was we left our bags to collect later in day and they did not have a dedicated area that was overly safe. Not and not the world.

The location and how it was decorated was nice. The staff are friendly too I booked a twin room months ago for me and my daughter but when we arrived they said they only had a double bed. This meant we had to share all weekend. The air con didn’t work so we were given a fan however we couldn’t use it because the hairdryer provided blew up in my daughter’s hand and tripped the electric. We were told not to use the bedside plug outlets. No shower mat in the shower which was a slip hazard and I had to hold on to the radiator to get out of the shower to ensure I didn’t fall over. We had to sleep with the window open to try and get some cool air and of course couldn’t sleep because of the outside noise

It was not clear that it was only continental and fairly basic. Hotel on noisy road and our allocated room was basement and tube could be heard in room.
