Americana Hotel

Great location for Marylebone and Baker Street stations. Nice quiet area but close to cafes and shops. Room was clean and beds very comfy. Great continental breakfast. Definitely would stay again. If I were to be picky my only thing would be to give the radiator in the room a good clean as very dusty on top where fluffy and dust gets trapped.

Everything was very good

The hotel was very nice. Good access to Lords Cricket ground. Easy to travel to central London if required. The rooms are very clean and tidy.. Good breakfast provided in the room rate. Staff were very friendly. The room we had was small. However it had everything we needed for our short stay!

Location is amazing The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location. Unfortunately, this was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We stayed for three nights, and the cups we used for tea on the first night were never replaced or cleaned. Toilet paper was only provided after we specifically requested it, the bins were not emptied, and the bathroom floor remained dirty throughout our stay. We raised these issues with reception. Although they thanked us for informing them, nothing had changed when we returned to the room the following day. I have stayed in many hotels and was aware that the room would be small when booking. However, it was unbelievably cramped—the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in—and this made our stay extremely uncomfortable. In addition, some members of staff were unable to communicate in English, which made it even more difficult to resolve these issues. Overall, despite the convenient location, the poor cleanliness, lack of basic housekeeping, and extremely limited space made this a very disappointing stay.

Wasn't sure what to expect with this place but did everything I needed. Lovely part of town, easy check in and check out, better breakfast than I expected. Perfect for me but if you want more book a 4 star. Iron communal. Lift is very old but found it quite quaint.

Very comfy rooms, aircon was a lovely addition during this hot summer, we even googled where the pillowcases were from as we had such a comfortable stay. Bathroom was lovely and breakfast had everything you needed for a day of exploring. Location was brilliant and close to catching the tube over to Wembley for an event. Staff were very helpful. Nothing, had a wonderful stay here

There were no complaints at all. I would have enjoyed more cooked breakfast options such as bacon, fried or scrambled eggs, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes etc.

The room was snug but well finished and comfortable, the air conditioning was welcome! The breakfast had a lot of options and included fresh fruit (in our case, watermelon and kiwi), and it's located just a hop and skip from the lovely Regent's Park The lift was old but well maintained
