The friendly staff. No tea/coffee in room, had to go down 4 flights of stairs to the communal area to make one, I’m on crutches so couldn’t carry them up to my room. The Tv didn’t work.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Value for money, central London.

Location, we was staying one night to watch a gig at Wembley. It was 30min walk from Euston followed by a 3 minute walk to the train station. This dropped you off at the arena. After the gig had fished, the return train was quick and very well organised. By far , much faster then getting the tube. Great for location. No next morning brew facilities, but.... There was machine down stairs which looked great.

Comfort of the beds. We stayed on the top floor, it was warm but dated and would have benefited from a lift.

Great location In some of the communal areas there were packages and things making the place look untidy

Friendly staff and an amazing location. Cheapest within the area. Room was very hot but this was during a heatwave.

Perfect location. Coming from Luton airport you have the bus stop close to the hotel, subway station, park, bakery shop. The staff was friendly. The linen was clean. There was water, tea and coffee available at reception Very loud room. It was hot outside, so we couldn’t open the window in the night to cool down a bit. Quite old carpet and furniture. Small bathroom with tiny washing table
-
Good location, friendly staff, clean. No power socket near bed. Cracked window, common areas very dilapidated, would get very hot in summer.

Room, clean comfy good shower. Hotel was quite tired in need of dome DIY
