Convenient location My room had electrical problems and the bathroom in the lobby was dirty

The staff was especially helpful and very sweet. The rooms were small and extra clean. Comfy beds and comfy pillows. For the price is a very good experience. I highly recommend. No lift but they offered to help with my carry on, so no biggie

Good location and really friendly helpful staff and good AC Nothing

Quiet, nicely modernized room with lots of amenities and good air conditioning. Friendly staff. Big breakfast in pleasant environment. Good location. No lift (but staff helped with luggage)

For a London room this was larger than others I have stayed in and for better value. We had microwave, fridge, kettle and most importantly Air Con (well needed for the heatwave)

Very clean! Comfortable bed. Great location! Very friendly staff. Extremely small room. It would be perfect for a single traveler though!

Nothing

Could have used more charging outlets. These older London buildings will always have small room, likely no elevator, narrow stairs so just have to expect it which we did.

Location is good. Very small, no lift and too expensive for this kind of place.

Fantastic location. Close to the station with amazing air conditioning.
-
Location. Basement room with no window, smaller than anything I've seen in London, terrible staff - they start arguing at 6 am and wake you up every day

Staff is friendly No lift, problematic for babies

I chose this hotel for the location and I was pleasantly surprised by the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee and tea and a little pack of cookies every day. Although the room was quite small, it was perfect for me. The bathroom was renovated, and the bath towel was huge and thirsty. The staff helped me with my luggage as my room was on the first floor. They also ordered a taxi service that gave me a quote for the ride. It was just a 4 minute walk to the Baker Street underground. No complaints

Great location, great price, easy check in/out, impressively well appointed room, can't fault it really! Perfect for a quick stopover.

Super noisy. I could ear the reception's door slamming all day and night. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower kept leaking all the time.

Booked this room because reception specifically told me it would be quiet since it faces the inner part of the hotel, but the guests upstairs were extremely loud throughout the night. Hotel staff tried to help, but the noise continued and I had to contact reception multiple times to deal with the guests. I reached out to hotel manager but they have ignored my complaint afterward. Very disappointing experience.
