Super noisy. I could ear the reception's door slamming all day and night. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower kept leaking all the time.

Booked this room because reception specifically told me it would be quiet since it faces the inner part of the hotel, but the guests upstairs were extremely loud throughout the night. Hotel staff tried to help, but the noise continued and I had to contact reception multiple times to deal with the guests. I reached out to hotel manager but they have ignored my complaint afterward. Very disappointing experience.

Breakfast was delightful & a great way to start the day! Everyone on the staff was awesome—professional, super-helpful & ever-present. Honestly, there was not one thing—our stay was simply splendid:) We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent value, great location, staff was communicative prior to my stay and very accomodating during my stay. Small room but already knew it would be. Perfect for my 2 night stay.

We booked this last minute and it was a decent place to stay. Great location in Marylebone and on a pretty little street. The front desk staff were lovely and the bed was comfortable. The room was TINY and had a green light on over the door (maybe a fire hazard thing?) that did not go off all night.

The employees are very supportive and helpful, the hotel is in a great location, the room was adequate for a minor stay. Breakfast is adequate, and renewed frequently in a small buffet. Cost was acceptable for the location in London. The hotel is separated in two different houses, in opposite sides of the street. The hotel does not present the quality expectable from a four star hotel. It can be ranked as a reasonable three star hotel, in a nice place. The breakfast room is small, and the breakfast is certain not a four-star breakfast. Having breakfast means moving to the house that has that breakfast, which is, at very least, inconvenient if it is raining or cold. The description of the hotel is misleading, saying that "higher floors are accessible only by stairs". ALL floors are only accessible by stairs; even the ground floor has a couple of stairs at the entrance, and all other floors are only stairs-accessible. Do not stay there if you have issues negotiating stairs.

The location is fantastic. The rooms are decent with suitable amenities. Having a fridge microwave and a kettle was nice. Staff were awesome. Only two things really stood out. It was a bit noisy both from street noise which can’t be helped, but there was also miscellaneous noises in the room from pipes and such or other sources. But those can’t really be helped either I ok suppose. The only big detractor we had was a bathroom. We were in a couple of basement units opposite of each other with my wife and daughter in one and myself and the other. In her bathroom, there was a very strong cigarette smoke smell. I don’t know whether this was from a previous guest, who obviously did not obey the rules for no smoking, or if it was being brought in from outside by somebody smoking right by their window. But through our two nights we were there both of them would come over to use my bathroom because the smell was so strong in theirs. Apart from that it was a fantastic stay and that’s the only reason it’s a nine and not a 10. I know that some guests have complained that there’s no lift but for us that wasn’t a big deal.

    No lift at the property.

It was close to the bus routes and underground which helped us get all over the city. Also close to some restaurants and shops!

Helpful and courteous staff, great location that was close to the Baker Street train station, and it’s situated in a quiet neighborhood. Helpful with public transportation info and even called a taxi for us. Everything was great!

The location was perfect for what I needed, the room was very small but all I needed was supplied, comfy bed, good linen and toiletries. I didnt take breakfast so can't comment. There was nothing abou the property I didnt like but the price for the size of room and bed was expensive - however its London and a prime position so not surprised.

    Amazing stuff?

Room 104 - this is a first floor room located to the rear of the building. It is fairly compact, but plenty big enough, modern, very clean and quiet. It has all of the facilities expected of a good hotel; everyting was in excellent condition. It is equipped with a microwave and fridge (neither of which did we use). The bathroom (shower) was very clean and everything worked impeccably. The hotel's proximity to Baker St underground station makes it a very good jumping off place for getting into the West End and City. Whilst we did use the tube ,we found that we could easily walk into the West End and, on our final day, had a very pleasant walk, baggage and all, to Victoria Station on a very direct toute. A really super situation. We ate breakfast on all four days. The variety, quantity and quality were really very good. Again, the breakfast room was a spotless as all other parts of the hotel that we'd see. From reception to breakfast and room cleaning, all staff were charming and very helpful. An all-round great experience. (We are seasoned hotel users). Whilst other reviewers have already mentioned that there is no lift and that the stairs might be a bit challenging for the less than nimble we can truly say that there was nothing that we didn't like.
