Location very good. Staff friendly. Nice shower and coffee machine Bathroom door really hard to shut. Fire alarm went off at 9.00am Sunday morning

Staff were okay but service wasn’t exceptional, the room itself looked bigger and more modern on the pictures. The room was purely functional, nothing special. Breakfast was awful, not very good quality buffet, in a basement.

Staff were friendly, room a little tight but nice and clean

Blandford is so close to Baker St. station & Weatherspoon for good beer and quick, reasonably priced food. Also several coffee shops & restaurants on Chiltern St., easy access to more on Baker St. I loved that it was near the London Contemporary School of Piano at the Bluthner Centre, with Prêt a Manger nearby. The hotel includes an excellent cooked breakfast with lots of choices, making it a great value. Rooms are a bit small but very clean & comfortable with essentials like iron, dressing gown, coffee & tea, shower & elevator to all floors.

Good. The room was very clean, and the location was very convenient. The elevator broke down during my stay. It's a little inconvenient.

I asked to change room from the room I was originally allocated (by the fire escape), which was very small and pokey. The new room which overlooked Chiltern Street was much better and much bigger.I liked the White Company bath products, the location was excellent, it was very clean and I thought the breakfast was good - particularly the granola/muesli, fresh berries and yoghurt. My room was really cold and I found it hard to get warm, even in bed! I really didn't like the first room that I was allocated over the fire escape - there seems to be a big discrepancy between the fire escape rooms and the ones overlooking Chiltern Street for the same price. Everything else was good.

Attention Was rreally small for the price

The breakfast was ok - continental served in a basement room. Our room was clean and everything worked. Not much soundproofing- you could hear other room doors and conversations clearly. The breakfast staff were cranky and not happy when we helped ourselves to coffee a few minutes early.

Good location Very small room with space taken up by 2largish single beds. No room to sit in chair. Might be alright for a single person. Lift out of order and stairs were a struggle. Basic help yourself breakfast. Wouldn’t stay there again.
