Very dingy room, little natural light and a very strange lay out! great location

Very friendly staff, great location, clean and tidy. The bed was really small, but there was a sofabed, so we ended up using both.

Central London location near parks and West End, large room, quiet street, comfortable and very clean, excellent reception staff. Love the cookies at reception and tea/coffee facilities in room. No complaints.

Location Feels like student dorms turned to hotel. The layout of the room is bizarre. The sink in bathroom is so small you can wash your face without water going everywhere because it’s so tight. That sink is for hand wash only!

staff, location, cleanliness, spacious room with kitchen The bathroom design offered very little privacy. The toilet door was made entirely of glass, and the shower enclosure and partition walls provided virtually no sound insulation, which was uncomfortable for a couple and would be even less suitable for families or friends sharing a room. The hotel also has no proper lobby—just what appears to be a converted guest room serving as the reception area. There is no breakfast available, which is a significant drawback. Overall, the facilities did not justify the price, and I would not choose to stay here again.

The location is on the edge of a bustling Marylebone neighbourhood. The room was clean, the bed tidy, and the shower was powerful and hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is room for more cooking devices, but that may not be what the hotel is not focused on.

Glorious air conditioner in the midst of a crazy hot summer. Very comfortable bed. Great location. Lovely staff Slightly smaller than I thought it might be but this wasn’t a big deal. Still plenty of space.

We had specifically requested & paid more for a twin room (so father & daughter did not have to share a double bed) and on arrival were told that due to renovations this was not possible. Disappointing.
