The location I have nothing bad to say regarding the property and our stay

It is clean and has all the amenities to help you feel at home away from home. The hosts were really nice, accommodating, and responsive. The location is great: it is a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, yet still very walkable and close to the underground stations. It is an old building, so keep in mind there is no lift, and the staircase gets pretty narrow from the third to the fourth floor, where I was staying. I’ve seen a staff member help carry luggage for guests, and if you need help with yours, it may be worth asking in advance.

Nice, clean place in a really cute part of town. Easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Host was very responsive to all our questions. Our apartment was on the top floor. There were a lot of stairs! It was a lovely space though.

Very clean, large, comfortable and safe. Loved the outdoor garden patio. Kitchen was large and had everything one could need. Nothing!!

Very clean, in an amazing location, and situated in a safe, walkable neighborhood. The extra bathroom made our stay even more comfortable. The passcode entry system made us feel secure and was very convenient for our group. The only minor inconvenience was the stairs, but the staff’s kindness and assistance with our luggage more than made up for it.

Everything! Melanie was very wonderful & extra nice, the unit was superbly clean & complete with everything you need. Plus point for us the air con were working! Will be back & stay here in the future Doesn’t have elevator. We were at the 3rd floor where the stairs are narrow & steep. Fortunately, the staff were very helpful in bringing the luggages up & down.

Excellent apartment right in the heart of the city. Ideal for families. You had everything you needed - spacious rooms, comfortable beds and all the necessary things needed for a stay in London. Our family had the best time!

Lovely apartment with high standard suitable for a larger family. Excellent area close to fantastic Regents park. Close to bakery, supermarket, nice restaurants and metro. Super service from the LONDONERS team! Highly recommended!

Location was great - short walk from great Marylebone area - just a short 5 min walk to grocery store - which was key - as well as Daunt Books. Even Oxford St area was just a 12-15 min walk home each night. Out of the way enough to avoid crowds or noise, but close to be super accessible. Laundry machine was acting up, but they were super responsive in trying to get it fixed. It ended up only being a minor inconvenience, and not a big deal at all. Responsiveness was fantastic!

Everything was incredible and exactly what we needed for our stay in London with 2 young children.
