Staff and front lounge very nice, our suite was fine. Our room had previous occupants’ detritus in bathroom and hallway even tho the bed and sleeping area were prepared. After waiting 2 hours, it was a disappointment. Management quickly and graciously moved us to another suite. Other than that our stay was quite lovely.
