Everything. All the staff are exceptional and extremely helpful. Only stayed for two nights and I would not hesitate in staying here again. Highly recommend, this hotel is superb! Location is excellent for Westminster and the surrounding area, easy walk from and to Waterloo Railway Station.

Great hotel and front desk staff. The facility is very very nice. We had the “do not disturb “ sign ON, but at 9:30am, the house cleaner knocked on the door and woke us up. We were not happy after traveling late last night. That person did not respect our wishes to be able to sleep late.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. It is right across from an underground stop and is within walking distance of many of the top sights in London (Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye, St. James Park). We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food was wonderful. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean.
