Nothing. It was the worst place I have ever lived at. This place was awful. Booking.com should remove this place from its website. I failed to read the reviews before booking it and it was a nightmare. Dirty, bed bugs, non-responsive staff, non working AC, haphazard standing fan, no drinking water, hot.

The location is great, really close to Earl’s Court and had lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. It wasn’t very clean. I found some dead bugs scattered around and the shower was awful. The shower head needs to be replaced because water was barely coming out it was so crusted over. I also arrived at exactly 1400 to check-in and no one was there. I waited 20 minutes and then contacted someone by WhatsApp. If you specifically state that you will be available at a certain time for checkin and no one is around to help do that, it isn’t very professional.

Nothing! I moved out 10 days earlier and want to claim money back because: aircons broken, no cleaning, bed bugs and rats. Aircons broken, bed bugs, dirt and rats!!!!

The property was close to the train station so easy access. Stayed at the Coronation Hotel for the final leg of our UK trip, and unfortunately it was by far the worst accommodation we experienced. The room was extremely small, poorly maintained, and lacking basic comfort. Cleanliness was a major concern, particularly in the bathroom, which appeared neglected and below acceptable standards. The room was also uncomfortably hot, with the air conditioning not functioning during our stay. The hallways had a strong mildew smell, and the property generally felt dated and in need of significant refurbishment. The windows could only be partially opened, which did little to improve ventilation, and with summer approaching, this made the room even more uncomfortable. Had the stay not been fully prepaid, we would have seriously considered moving elsewhere. The only positives were the convenient location, approximately 260 metres from the station, and a reasonably reliable Wi-Fi connection. Overall, a very disappointing experience that did not meet even modest expectations

Hidden charges: I had never heard about late check-in fees. And it was not mentioned prior to paying for the hotel. Immediately after paying they sent me a message about check-in time 14 -22. I was charged 20 pounds for the night staff on duty to come to open the door to let me in at Midnight This should be made clear on the hotel advert

Location only Tiny Stairs to carry the luggage And tiny room

The property smelt really bad customer service was so bad I had to pay extra to get a key to get into my hotel didn’t even get to spend the day there
-
the location only The location of the room was disgusting, out side our window was a pile of trash bags more then 15 which is very unhygienic and attacts rats. the shower had molds around the bottom and the wash sink was blocked

The location is great! It’s close to everything! The hotel is very clean and cozy. I slept great and the guy who is in reception was very very kind. Thanks for everything!! I liked everything!

Great location, comfortable, and great service. The guy at reception is very kind; he was always checking if I needed anything.

Great location, good for the money

The balcony view and location. It is near Earl’s Court station The pictures were taken a long time ago. No service room. We had to ask for more towels and toiletries on our second day.

I talked to the hotel on WhatsApp the day before we were supposed to get there and they told me that someone would be there to open the luggage storage at 8am. We got there and we waited an hour and a half to be able to see someone. The room was nasty. The shower’s door was molding. The aeration in the bathroom was stinking when we turned it on. The walls are so thin that we could hear everything that was happening in the next room. The head of the bed was already falling when we got to the room so. And to conclude we couldn’t lock the door from the exterior so if someone really wanted to open the door they literally could. I do not recommend

with Heathrow 18 minutes on a clear run wirh Uber, Bolt and tjhe esteemed Knowledge of the city's famous Black Cab Drivers' always at hand come what may. An establishment with artistry at every junctre, sitiated on a square with great hoteliers and wonderful buildings. Carpets will no doubt be bought back to life like the recently completed back patio.

Nothing Air conditioner was broken, room was too cold and too small for 2 people. Hotel manager confirmed refund and we left from the hotel after first night but they did not approve refund on booking and they dont answer my calls anyway. I complaint to booking but did not got any result.

It’s about a 5 minute walk to Earls Court Tube Station, has plenty of pubs and restaurants very close, and is in a quiet part of town. The bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful and very polite. INCREDIBLY thin walls, was able to hear conversations in the rooms next to me and above me. My room also had not been cleaned thoroughly and the AC/Heater was incredibly dusty (I turned it on and quite a lot of loose dust came out.

This place is horrible and there were bedbugs in the bed. I woke up to 4 bugs in the bed and i was covered in bites. The sheets were also stained and the room was not clean. The walls were thin and you could hear everyone in their rooms blasting music until 4am.

The location was great. There was never anyone at the lobby after we checked into the room, and we attempted to contact them via the # left in the room and by waiting at the lobby but received no assistance multiple times. Additionally, our room advertised A/C and while there was a unit in the room, it was not functioning and the room was about 80°, leaving us sweating and not once using the sheet or blankets provided in the room. Overall, EXTREMELY disappointed with our stay and would pay more to literally stay anywhere else next time with proper staffing and accurate advertising.
