The staff Kurian was v helpful and courteous.
-
Located within the city. Easy to reach office as well as the Londinium wall & Tower Bridge.

We had a great stay, thanks so much! Traveling as a family, we would have liked to have access to roof views but it’s adults only.

location and comfort
-
Nice location close to everything in london sight seeing Staff was not friendly or welcoming .. don’t really care at all. From the front desk to concierge and the housekeeping all had top level attitudes
-
Close to the subway. The staff at the roof top club. We were poorly treated. Unacceptable. The room too small and no view.
-
The staff was incredibly helpful. My husband is severely allergic to down and feathers. Within minutes a team desended and stripped the bed replacing even the pillowcases. Everyone was very pleasant! Bed was a bit hard.

The staff was efficient at check-in. The room was comfortable. Room service was excellent. The bathroom door was very heavy and huge chunks were chipped out of the door.

Great location and it's walking distance to many things. We didn't like that our rooms was accessible and we didn't know what it means. It was our first time having accessible rooms. The bathroom sinks and toilets are very low. It's like for children height and the bathroom doors are not clean, there's like smear dirt on it.

Everythings Nothing

We booked a family room and were given two adjoining rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was! Since it was a family room, each space had individual bathrooms, which were big too. The beds and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean and well-supplied. We completely forgot to use the kettle, but I'm glad that one was available. The location is great for London sightseeing! The carpet was significantly worn in some places, which did not match with my expectations for a Hilton-managed property or the price we paid for the room. However, it was definitely clean. The water in the accessible shower felt much hotter than 20 degrees Celsius and it was difficult to get it cooler, but that could have been user error.
-
Paid a ridiculous amount for a small room, and a view of a wall which w were unable to change, very disappointed considering the price of the upgraded room
-
AC struggled to keep up with heatwave in one of our rooms.

Location Could upgrade interior rooms
-
The location is very convenient and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was small, with very little cupboard space. The flushing mechanism in the toilet didn’t work well; we had to ask twice before the hand towels were replenished. The water temperature in the shower kept changing., and there was no toilet brush. There were not enough electrical outlets.

Everything was perfect! And very friendly! Can’t think about anything

Lovely location, staff were really friendly when we arrived. Really liked that check was 12pm so we could have a little bit of a lay-in. The music from the bar was loud until about 1am. It was ok for us but not ideal for families

It was clean. When I arrived they said there were no rooms that I had booked left so they would upgrade me to an executive suite. Got to the room and it was tiny with two single beds. Pretty sure not executive. Very small room as was the bathroom. Shower head was broke and wouldn't stay upright so shower was trickly to say they least. Had to ask for an iron and board (I was working needed shirts ironed) board was terrible and iron not much better. Basic room and basic facilities. Terrible value for money but sadly the norm in London.
