I only stayed for one night, but it was a beautiful hotel in a brilliant location with great restaurants and cafes very close by. I would definitely stay again if returning to London.

The hotel is located in 10 minutes walking distance from two underground stations, which is very convenient for planning various routes in the city. There are lots of bus stops nearby as well. Breakfast is great and staff very friendly and accommodating. Especially Tania was extremely patient and helpful. I also loved their pottery jars in the rooms to collect filtered water from water stations on each floor. Although you can drink tap water in London this was very pleasant and somewhat cosy addition to the service. I cannot think of anything that I didn’t like. Perhaps, just to say that after a week of my stay I checked out to travel to Edinburgh for three days and came back to the Hart Shoreditch where I had left my suitcase. Although the hotel knew I was coming back they didn’t place my suitcase into my room. It’s not a big deal, but would have been nice and more thoughtful.

Location was great for where we needed to go. It was clean and comfortable and the cocktails and food was decent We had a buzzing sound in our room at 9am which disturbed both our sleep, and our friends 2 doors down had the same issue. Considering we paid over £300 for the room, you'd expect the staff response to be a bit more empathic and responsive. Instead we got a very non chalant response and got told there were no works happening and it wasn't their problem. On that basis I won't book again.

Fantastic styling. Felt very clean and fresh. Location is good, great view from the window, great soundproofing, noise from felt quiet despite being on a busy street. 10/15 min walk to either Old Street or Liverpool Street station. The bathroom and shower were amazing. Great water pressure and temperature. And a bonus speaker in the bathroom to listen to whilst showering. Loved the property. Could have done with a couple more coffee pods in the room as standard

We liked the shoreditch area. Very hip and fibrant. Hotel is very okay. Airco during night loses power or is turned down

I got this room as a gift for my daughter and she and her partner loved staying here! There was nothing they didn't like.

The location is amazing. Through this hotel we stayed in Shoredit and stayed in a beautiful area which we got to discover by coincidence. Also, the gym is very nice and the breakfast they offer This was the smallest room we ever stayed in. It’s rude to offer something like this to customers. Also I do not like not having windows which you cannot open. Compared with the small room, it felt like being trapped in this room
